Absolutely wonderful property! Pictures don’t even do it justice. South haven is so lovely but we barely left because our kids loved the pool and house so much, we will definitely stay again.

This property was everything thing you could ever want. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and the downstairs was a great place for the toddlers to run around. The pool was heated, pool house was beautiful and the putting green was enjoyed by many. I plan on returning next year!

Overall great stay! We had a weekend together with extended family aging from 60s to 6 months. House was very clean, spacious for all the guests, and provided so many amenities. Even with 65 degree days, the pool was warm enough the kids didn’t want to get out at all! The location was great, short drive to downtown but we are walkers and it only took us 25-30 to walk there. Great communication from the host and overall no concerns. Would recommend to any large group going to South Haven!

Very impressed by this beautiful home! Spacious enough for a group of 14 to spread out and enjoy the various amenities. Pool was a comfortable temperature. Beach is a close walk away. Hosts were responsive and accommodating. Everything was wonderful.

Incredible Home

The house has everything and more than you can ask for, along with a great location. It’s even better than the photos. The pool was warm even for May in Michigan. We look forward to coming back again.

Family vacation

This is an amazing property with lots of space and 8 bedrooms. Close to the beach and to town. The pool was a big hit with my grandchildren since half of it is shallow and HEATED! Plenty of spaces to spread out, watch TV or play games. Highly recommend for a family vacation.

This home it perfect for families. Lots of room with plenty of couches to relax on in the family room. We loved the open concept kitchen, dinning and family room area.Lots of counter space in the kitchen. Large island in the kitchen provided places to serve meals on.The heated pool is the best. The location to the beach is a 10 minutes away.

The check-in process was easy. The house is excellent - big and well laid out. We loved the pool table and ping pong. The pool and backyard are the best aspect of this house. The pool was heated which we enjoyed. We spent most of our days here. The kitchen was not as well equipped as we like. Whew had to buy our own wine glasses as the only ones available were plastic. It’s about 1/4 mile to the beach

Perfect Vacation House

The house was perfect for our winter weekend getaway with 10 adults! There was more than enough room for everyone! Bedrooms were great, the open living room, kitchen and dining room was great for our large group, and the basement with the games and movie theater room were an added bonus!!! The house has easy access to the beach as well as an easy walk into town! Having a hot tub was the best part!!! I can only imagine how great this house is in the summer with the large pool, pool house and fire pit!!! This house did not disappoint and would definitely recommend it for anyone!!!

A Great Week in South Haven!

Our week in South Haven was fantastic. The house was immaculate and well suited for our group of 14 (9 adults, 3 kids, 2 infants). Plenty of space for all to relax and read, play a game with others, swim in the awesome pool, or catch a nap. The kids loved the games, theater room, and pool. We had two issues with the house throughout the week due to storms and unusually high heat, but Julia and Michael were prompt in their responses and in handling the issues.We enjoyed spending time at North Beach, canoeing on the Black River, and taking a trip on the Friends Good Will sailing ship. The Maritime Museum was fun for kids and adults.We look forward to coming back!

Great space, pool not usable, hot tub not maintained

The space was perfect for my children and grandchildren. Everyone had his or her own bedroom and the common space and kitchen were large enough for us. Unfortunately, the pool cover could not be removed which made the heated pool inaccessible and the hot tub had no chlorine treatment and the PH as wrong. We chose this property for these features and were very disappointed they were not 100%. For the premium price charged, we expected premium amenities.

We are very clear that we close the pool in mid-October as the weather is unpredictable, during your stay the pool was closed due to the weather being in the 40s making it dangerous to swim. We have the pool and hot tub professionally serviced and maintained, it was serviced the day before you checked-in and again the day you checked-out, and both times the water chemistry, chlorine, and PH levels were perfect. Our pool service company keeps records and logs of this information as well. Unfortunately you did not reach out to us during your stay so that we could have communicated this to you or even had the pool service company speak to you directly. This is one of the most beautiful rental homes in Michigan, with a beautiful and well-maintained pool and hot tub which are regularly serviced by a professional service company.

Wonderful Thanksgiving

Our extended family, four adults and four teens, enjoyed a peaceful Thanksgiving break together. The home was warm and offered much to keep 4 teens entertained. We enjoyed long walks and a bit of shopping at boutiques in town. Would love to return in the summer. It’s a wonderful home for enjoying time with family.

Absolutely Wonderful Vacation

What a wonderful long weekend! This home is stunning...very well maintained, beautifully upgraded and conveniently located very close to the public beach access. Everything from the porch overlooking the incredible backyard oasis & the huge gourmet chefs kitchen to the oversized, newly finished basement- a true entertaining oasis, was perfect for our 4 day family gathering. We loved it so much, we plan to stay for a whole week in July 2023! Can't wait to return...

Amazing stay

We did a weeklong trip with our 3 kids and had a great experience. The owners are great, super responsive and even checked in on us. Beautiful home, well appointed, ping pong table, movie theater, pool table, etc. Very clean Pool and pool house were a great set up- perfect for relaxing and hanging out. Beach is a short walk across the street, home had all the beach essentials, great town - a can’t miss place to stay- highly recommend
