This was a great location for all of the things we wanted to do in Colorado Springs. Anna was very responsive and the house was comfortable and well maintained. We especially appreciate how well stocked the kitchen was. Made it very easy to cook all our meals at home, even Thanksgiving dinner!

It was a great location close to Old Colorado City and Garden of the Gods. It was clean and everything was in great condition. The sunroom and deck were wonderful places to hang out at. It was perfect for our family vacation. The host was super easy to work with - check-in and check-out was a breeze. There were leftover items that we could use such as coffee, spices, waters in the fridge and cleaning supplies which was super helpful. We highly recommend this home.

Location was great for our family obligations and the house was clean and well stocked.The only minor comment I would share is that three of the beds in the basement are pretty small. I am a professional kitchen and bath designer who loves to remodel homes! My husband Mike and I have lovingly remodeled this fabulous ranch home over the past few years to make it feel it open and modern. We also adore living in Colorado and have lots of advice on what to do and where to eat during your stay in Colorado Springs. In our spare time, we travel, ski and snowboard, hike, bike (and dirtbike), and spend as much time in nature as possible.

Why they chose this property

This home has been fully remodeled inside and out! You'll appreciate the new kitchen that is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishware, and utensils; the updated bathrooms; carpets in the bedrooms (installed September 2021); new bedding and linens; a giant 75" TV in the den; and the private home office with a computer monitor. Beyond the comfortable interior, the inviting sunroom and massive deck offer stunning views of Pikes Peak and Red Rock Canyon! At night, you'll see the sparkling lights of Old Colorado City dancing below. And the front of the home offers views of Garden of the Gods!

We have parking for 2-4 in the driveway plus 3 more on the street. You can also access the garage if you need secured space for your bikes or other outdoor equipment while you stay.

What makes this property unique

We have a private 5th bedroom that is currently also set up as home office that allows easy "work from home" or home school opportunities. It also offers plenty of open space to also use as a workout room if you'd like! The home has two living rooms each with large flat screen TVs, an eat in kitchen with island bar seating, a separate indoor dining room as well as an outdoor dining set on the back deck. The lower level living room has a small kitchenette wet bar space with a sink and mini fridge.
