We had a lovely 2 day stay at this property. We were attending a wedding right down the street at the Rustic Gathering Lodge and it couldn't have been closer and more quaint. Amenities were great and we enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this property.
It was just two of us for the long weekend and everything was great. We used the kitchen for almost every meal and nothing was missing that we needed. We enjoyed visiting the missile! Would definitely stay here again.
Had a great time staying here. Has everything you need. The property has a big property with fire pit and also along a river to hang at. Quiet and peaceful to relax and get away from life. Went to Warren to ride on the Atv trails. Great location for this. This was our second time at this location. Would go there again.
We skied Loon, just 30 minutes from this cozy home. It met all of our needs and host was very accommodating. Wish we had more time here to explore the Warren area, will be back!

Thank you for choosing us!!
Matthew and their friends were great guests. They left the house spotless and were very considerate of the property and house rules. We welcome Matthew again to stay for his ski trip, hike, or swimming hole in the summer.
We stayed for a couple nights. The home was wonderful, comfortable, clean and well stocked. The location was close to amenities and eats. Communication was also excellent. Should we ever find ourselves in the area again, we would definitely stay again.

Thank you ๐and you guys are welcome back again ๐
Very much enjoyed our stay. Exactly what one would expect from a getaway out in the country. The yard, fire pit, porch, and grill filled our weekend nicely. The living room is perfect for some rainy day board games.
The farmhouse was great. We spent time on the porch and at the fire pit out back. The house was clean and depicted as listed. The hosts were attentive and made the check in/ check out process painless.
This property was tremendous. For a person who has a hard time relaxing, it was the perfect place. You just want to go with the flow here. Such a good vibe. We will go back for our next vacation.
Very nice slightly quirky house. Enjoyed our time walking in state parks very much. Bit disappointed there was no hot tub

Beautiful property. Restful and peaceful location. Loved the creek in the back. So serene. Truly a rustic farmhouse! The posted pictures of the inside of the house were not quite as expected. Several decorations were left throughout that did not lend themselves to a neutral environment. Felt overwhelmed by the number of religions statues and objects.
My daughter and I stayed at this VRBO in order to attend the 10th Anniversary celebrations at Tomten Farm & Sanctuary, located in Haverhill. We all very much enjoyed our stay - our black Lab adored the enormous yard (complete with flowing stream!) Drinking coffee out on the welcoming deck and listening to the early AM birdsong was another highlight. It was easy to find and had everything we needed (and more!). I can highly recommend this property and these hosts. :)
We enjoyed our stay in this neat, nicely updated farm house. The owner and a neighbor where both very kind and responsive when we managed to lock ourselves out!
My only note is bring a baby gate for little ones to block the stairs and perhaps consider some safer kid proof storage for cleaning supplies. That said, the kids loved the yard and all it had to offer. Would definitely stay here again.
Farmhouse was well maintained and cozy. I enjoyed spending time in the living room watching a few movies on the large tv while it rained outside.
The window AC unit in the living room puts out a lot of cool air which was great considering how warm and humid it was outside. Upstairs can get a little warm but by running the window fan you can get it to a comfortable temp.
Overall it was a great stay and I enjoyed it here a lot. Area felt safe too.

Thank you, Anthony, for taking the time to review us. You guys were awesome guests! and welcome again :-)
It basically rained the few days we were there, it was also quite a distance to any restaurants, there were two within 10 miles and both were closed ๐
House was decorated so nice, and owners were very pleasant and easy to reach/talk with
Lots LOTS of loud traffic on the very busy main road.
Beds were nice and comfortable, clean linens and towels (no washcloths?)
Refrigerator had a bad musty odor, there was a lot of mold in the rubber seal that could be culprit. Not sure Iโd stay here again for a few reasons

Thank you for your feedback. We're happy you enjoyed the decor and comfortable beds and appreciated our responsiveness. We apologize for the issue with the refrigerator seal and will take care of it promptly. The farmhouse is located in a rural area, and while we strive to make every stay enjoyable, some aspects like natural noise, weather, and distance to amenities are beyond our control. Our listing does provide detailed information about the location and nearby amenities, so it's important to review all instructions and come prepared for a rural experience. Weโre committed to making improvements and hope you'll consider staying with us again.
