Pretty villa with swimming pool 300 m from the sea
Les Issambres, Côte d'Azur, facing St Tropez: charming little villa 300 from the seaside and 1 km from the village center. This one offers from its pretty terrace a view of the swimming pool with sea at the back. Swimming pool of 6.5 X 3.5 depth 1.5 equipped with an alarm. Air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms, and wifi with fiber. Parking for 2/3 cars inside the electric gate. Renovated this year, and very cute it consists of an entrance with office area and wardrobe, living room dining room opening onto terrace with awning, and gas plancha for summer meals. On the same level bedroom with 160 bed bathroom with toilet and shower. On the upper floor bedroom 2 with 140 bed, shower room toilet, bedroom 3 with 140 bed and two 90 bunk beds, this one opens onto a Tropezian terrace for sunbathing with sea view.
