This brand new (2021) condo offers the conveniences of home with full kitchen, gas range, etc. and three private bedrooms, two of which have en suite bathrooms. Walk the 1.2 miles to town or head to the bike path on (2) townie bikes where you have a variety of fabulous restaurant options, surrounded by coffee shops, galleries and the charm of downtown Salida. Quiet at night for star gazing and sleeping, yet close enough to ski every day without I-70 traffic and hit the town for coffee, dinner, live music or a beer. This place offers access to all with the comfort of all of the modern ammenities. Please note: ONLY available for 30+ day rentals.
