This was a great little condo for exactly what we needed. We came to town for a wedding and this property was just right. It was really close to enjoy Main Street food and shopping. Very clean and the area was very quiet area.

We were blown away by Bob's apartment! So beautifully appointed, well organized, clean as a whistle, and everything you could possibly need for a longer stay. The beds were so comfortable, and the little creek behind the property was a lovely surprise. We thoroughly enjoyed the space! The only challenge we experienced was noise from a neighbor one of our four nights there, but Bob had a fan in the closet (of course!) that helped enormously. Truly the nicest little rental we have ever experienced!

We found this sweet condo to be super clean, welcoming, and great place for a quiet getaway. Bob was a wonderful host. By the end of the week it felt like home. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo was 100% as advertised. Comfy, clean, and met all of our needs in and around Franklin/Nashville area. My mom usually always has at least one item she'd like to see and isn't available in the condo. This time she couldn't even think of one thing that was missing. Besides a few basic updates like hardwood flooring, I wouldn't change a thing.

It was lovely, clean and very relaxing. A beautiful back porch for reading in the morning was one of my favorite parts. The decor was truly delightful. It was an easy walk to downtown Franklin. We had a great time and would happily visit again.

This property is in a great location for visiting Franklin and Nashville area. We enjoyed the stream visible from the deck. The French decor was really fun. The kitchen had nice pots, pans and salt, pepper, oil and vinegar and generous supply of coffee kcup pods, tea and snacks.

Great place!

I stayed here for 3 nights and it was a beautifully decorated spot and very clean. Only about a 20 minute walk from downtown Franklin too! Bob was so responsive and kind, I would highly recommend Coco’s Chamber!
