We stay at Gulfside Townhomes every year, and our family always chooses Michael’s place. The views and comfort are worth every penny.

This townhome was great for our beach getaway. We loved that it was right on the beach and has easy beach access. The kitchen was small, but well stocked. Pool was clean, refreshing and not crowded. Michael was very responsive and provided great communication. Cons: We noted that the decor and furnishings were a bit dated, but that did not interfere with enjoying the beach. Access to the complex is located near a traffic light which made entering a little bit of a challenge.

We had a great day. Everything was perfect. Everything was as pictured and as advertised. The beds were comfortable the condo had everything you need. The beach was wonderful. We will be back.

This is our second time staying here. Great location, it's seriously like a 10 second walk to the beach. Love the pool, it's big with a deep end and isnt too crowded. Good value. It's an inflatable mattress instead of a pull-out couch, but my 11yo son didn’t mind and maybe that's only appicable to the unit we stayed in. Can definitely see ourselves returning.

Clean townhouse! Great proximity to the beach! Beach area in front of this property wasn’t busy or overcrowded at all. Pool was nice and clean. Walking distance to the Hangout. Would definitely book here again.

It was just as advertised and so easy to get to the beach - no long elevator rides like in the high rises. Great location with good food nearby that we could walk to. The pool was recently redone and looks great and wasn’t too cold but if it was heated I would’ve spent more time there. Great ocean views from the balconies. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of space to stretch out!
