Spacious, lower-level 1 bedroom, bath & den area. Private, well-lit entrance and parking. Quiet, safe, family-friendly neighborhood that is great for walking. Close to all area colleges (10 mins to LU), hospitals, Blue Ridge Pkwy, Peaks of Otter, Bedford National D-Day Memorial, Thomas Jefferson's Poplar Forest, Historic Appomattox, Smith Mountain Lake, Golf Courses and newly renovated downtown Lynchburg. Walking trails and professionally designed disc golf course are literally in our back yard.

Wonderful stay

Visited Liberty University for CFAW with my son. The space was perfect for our needs and hosts were gracious and communicated all necessary information. Very homelike stay. Would definitely stay again.

Relaxed retreat for CFAW

We were in town for Liberty University’s CFAW event. This was a short drive and very relaxing for us to escape the busy schedule. The place was immaculate and quiet, yet had a warm welcoming feel. We hope to be back again!

Perfect place for me

A quiet and peaceful apartment perfect for me. I was in the area to visit two of my adult kids and their families and this was right in the middle. The place had everything I needed and Jeff and Kelly were great hosts, easy to communicate with and even left special treats for me. I hope to be able to stay in their place again.

Great short stay

I needed a quick place to visit a friend in lynchburg and squeeze in a little hiking and biking over 2 days. This is the perfect little place! Comfy bed and furniture, roomy bathroom and very clean. Perfect for a weekend stay

I rented this for my son to visit a friend at Liberty University. The entire process was seamless, with great communication from start to finish. The studio was a spotless and just as described. A perfect place to stay for the weekend to the area. Will defintely recommend and use again.

Cozy, little spot

We came to the area for a college weekend visit. This was perfect. We really just needed a clean, safe place to shower and sleep. It was very close to Liberty University. The surrounding area was nice and the neighborhood was quiet. The owners were home, but they are quiet and available for answering questions, if needed.

Perfect apartment for an older couple

I would recommend this lodging to any couple who want to stay in the Forest area. We appreciated the lovely, safe neighborhood, the lack of stairs, and the warm coziness of this little apartment. The owners were welcoming, the apartment itself had nearly everything we needed, and the temperature inside was comfortable even though the thermometer went down to nine degrees. We were able to have simple breakfasts using the toaster, coffee maker, and microwave. (We ate our other meals at the home of a nearby relative.) The large TV and comfy couches were appreciated, too. This was the perfect lodging situation for us, and we would use the same apartment again if we needed to stay in Forest.

Great, convenient spot for Liberty visits…

Visited Liberty with Daughter and had a great time. Nice and convenient for CFAW if you need that type of reference. Hosts are respectful and the place is very well maintained, safe and quiet. Great overall experience. Will be in touch again.
