Why they chose this property
This cozy cottage has two queen bedrooms and one bathroom on the main floor. The master bedroom also has a private office. The kitchen has all new appliances and connects to the dining area and living room. The dining room table is amazing. Just you wait. Also on the main floor is the game room/library with pool, air hockey, ping pong and darts. The laundry room is located on the main floor as well. The back doors on the main floor lead to the huge back porch where you can relax in the hammock or the Adirondack chairs with a drink in your hand. The second floor has two bedrooms, each with a door that leads to the amazing second story deck. Each upstairs bedroom has a private bathroom. Between the bedrooms is a bonus area for playing cards and board games. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. There are two cots available if needed. Three of the bedrooms and the living room have smart tv's The backyard is large and slopes down to the private dock and beach.

Enjoy nature on the rivah with Virginia bird watching at its finest! Herons, bald eagles, ospreys, swans, ducks, geese, wild turkeys and a slew of songbirds visit our property regularly. Every bedroom has a water view! Enjoy fishing and crabbing right off the dock! Take a spin on the water in a canoe or one of our kayaks. Nearby, take advantage of local oysters, antiques, breweries, wineries, state-park hikes and historic tours. Soon, you'll understand why so many have fallen in love with the Northern Neck!
