About this property

NEW Flagstaff single-story home with a beautiful backyard and Hot Tub!

Beautifully built single-story home right off Route 66 in Flagstaff (built in 2022). Amazing indoor/outdoor space with hot tub, shuffleboard table, putting green, seating area, and fire pit. Great for a family getaway! This is the ideal location for exploring the many sites of Northern Arizona - minutes to Downtown Flagstaff, Snowbowl Ski Resort, Sedona, and the Grand Canyon. The house is loaded with amenities and fun for the whole family!

Please note that parties are not allowed.
Hot tub was recently installed and guests must agree to waiver for use of hot tub or reservation can be canceled by host.

There is room for one car in the garage and 2 in the driveway. Overnight street parking is NOT allowed in the community.

Note: Property contains external security cameras in the front of the house, and one in the backyard. The camera in the backyard is pointed AWAY from the hot tub to give guests privacy.

This home was extremely clean and very comfortable. I was traveling with my friend and her husband. It was really nice to have our own bedroom suites in separate areas for privacy and then to have a fantastic kitchen and spacious family room for getting together and relaxing. The backyard looked fun but we didn’t have time to use it. Very good communication with our host. Would definitely stay here again.

My family stayed at Vincent and Susan's VRBO rental in Flagstaff and were very comfortable. The home was super clean, organized and plenty spacious for our three- generation group of five adults and three kids. Our grandchildren loved the bunk-bed room and the all enjoyed the hot tub.! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. It was nice to have two full bathrooms, especially the extra-large master bath, and the laundry room was appreciated after our day-trip to the Grand Canyon! We highly recommend this property for a relaxing stay in the Flagstaff area.

What a beautiful house! We had a very comfortable stay for the four of us. The house was spotless and the beds were comfortable. The back patio was very relaxing to sit and drink our morning coffee. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. It reminded me of being in Lake Tahoe, CA with tall pine trees and the crisp morning air. Restaurants and shopping are only 10 minutes away. We used Flagstaff as a home base for the Grand Canyon, Sedona, and the Petrified Forest National Park. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is close to all the great shops, restaurants, and entertainment of downtown Flagstaff, yet located just a few miles outside of town. The neighborhood is nestled amongst the pine trees where hiking, biking, and cross country ski trails are easily accessed. The house is in a Dark Sky neighborhood, which means light pollution is greatly minimized allowing for amazing night sky viewing.
