Semi-detached house "Mila", 2 storeys, built in 1800, renovated in 2014. In the hamlet Gržini 5 km from the centre of Žminj, in a quiet, sunny position, 20 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 2'000 m2, beautiful garden with lawn, swimming pool angular (6 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 27.Apr. - 05.Oct.) with internal staircase. WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, volleyball, barbecue (swing). In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 1 km, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 5.6 km, pebble beach 20 km. Walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 150 m. The unit consists of the main house on 2 levels and a small cottage, rented as one unit.
5-room semi-detached house 160 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen), DVD and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the terrace. Bath/WC, shower/WC. Upper floor: entrance hall with air conditioning. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. Open gallery with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 140 - 250 cm with 1 double sofabed (160 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. Terrace 10 m2, roofed, terrace 15 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Beautiful view of the swimming pool and the countryside. Facilities: safe, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Main house with living/dining area, open kitchen and one bedroom on the ground floor and 2 double bedrooms on the first floor. In the cottage 1 room with 2 fitness devices, shower/WC on the ground floor and open gallery, double sofabeds, hi-fi system, air conditioning on the first floor.

Absolut ok, aber nichts für gehobene Ansprüche

Wir waren 14 Tage mit einer befreundeten Familie im Objekt. Die erste Erkenntnis war, dass das Haus recht überschaulich ist von der Größe und die zweite, dass im Nebenhaus der Schlafplatz für zwei Personen ist. Dort ist aber kein Bett, sondern nur eine aufgeklappte Couch für zwei. Einer liegt auf den Polstern, der andere auf der aufgeklappten Rückenlehne (die extrem hart ist). Wir haben dann die Kinder zwischen uns genommen, da dort niemand allein schlafen wollte. Ansonsten ist das Haus vernünftig ausgestattet. Der Geschirrspüler ist außerhalb, am Essplatz. Man sollte auf jeden Fall eine elektrische Fliegenklatsche mit ordentlich Bums dabei haben oder ein Insektenspray (Skorpione, Tausendfüssler, Wespen, Hornissen, Mücken - halt landestypisch). Eine ältere Bewertung fand die Ameisen störend - die meisten waren aber außerhalb und nur wenige drinnen. Der Volleyplatz ist eher nicht nutzbar (sehr uneben und hohes Gras) aber außerhalb ca 50m entfernt gibt es ein Fußballfeld auf dem auch ca. 10 vernünftige Bälle liegen. Schön wären Sitzauflagen für die Poolliegen gewesen. So haben wir sie nicht nutzen können. Der Vermieter Dean ist sehr freundlich und war auch sehr kulant als einem Kind eine Nachtischlampe kaputt ging. Kommunikation war durch whatsapp komplikationslos in Englisch möglich. Die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich und störten sich nicht durch unsere manchmal etwas lauten Kindern. Die Lage ist in einem ruhigen Dorf sehr zentral in Istrien. Man muss immer 30-45min fahren, kann aber in die Städte im Westen und an die Strände im Osten recht flexibel. Wir waren gerne am Wild Beach in Krnica ca 30 min entfernt. Bäcker für morgendliche Brötchen sind etwas aufwändig zu besorgen, da wir immer zu Plodine in Zminj mussten (ca. 10 min). Alles in allem eine solide Unterkunft mit kleinen Abstrichen, aber preislich dafür vollkommen in Ordnung

Uitstekende woning! Mooi gerenoveerd en alles was schoon en netjes. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar en familie! Contact ging probleemloos. Ligging is perfect omdat het centraal gelegen ligt in Istrië waardoor alles snel te bereiken is. Een aanrader om een heerlijke vakantie te hebben! Wij hebben in ieder geval genoten en hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad! Zeker een aanrader! Aan verhuurder: Ga zo door en het gaat jullie goed!

Abseits der Touristenströme

Dieses Haus liegt in einem kleinen Dorf und ist perfekt für ein paar Tage Auszeit ohne viel Trubel. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und der Kontakt war problemlos. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn man doch ins touristische Leben eintauchen will, so kann man von dort alles in Istrien schnell erreichen.

Schöne ruhige Lage

Das Ferienhaus Mila befindet sich in einem Dörfchen mit rund 20 Häusern. Das Haus wurde schön renoviert, alles ist sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Ideal für Ruhe suchende. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit sowie Restaurant ist in Zminj, circa 7-8 Kilometer entfernt.

Schönes gemütliches Haus, alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Für Kleinkinder (Baby's) nicht ganz geeignet, zu viele Treppen und Absätze im Haus.

Super Urlaub in absolut ruhiger Lage

Dieser Urlaub war Erholung pur. Zwar liegt der Ort abgeschieden von allem, daher ist es total ruhig, aber der Trubel ist nicht weit. Das Haus liegt im Inneren von Istrien, man erreicht Pula, Porec, Istralandia, das Rutschenparadies uvm. Innerhalb 30-45 min. Mit dem Auto. Einkaufen beim Bäcker, Metzger, Bank usw. Erreicht man mit dem Auto in ca. 7 min. Das Haus ist sauber und geräumig, ebenso die gesamte Anlage, der Pool ist toll und Liegeplätzr, Wiese und Schattenplatze sind genügend vorhanden. Toll ist auch die Extrablätter Toilette außen, so muss man nicht ins Haus.

Sehr nette Besitzer. Kollegialer Umgang. Sehr saubere und schöne Anlage und sehr zu empfehlen. WLAN ist gebietsbedingt nicht schnell. Roaming zu empfehlen.
