Close from Paris with great metro and bus connection, just behind the 18th & 9th districts which are among the best neighborhoods in Paris. In the same time you have a good village ambiance in saint ouen as it is a small town ! Live nearby the parc and seine river, it’s good to come back to a quiet and calm place after the vibrant life of Paris !
What makes this property unique
Really luminous flat with two balcony exposed with morning sun in the bedroom and sunset in the living room. Located in a pedestrian area with all the facilities and shops needed ! Easy connection to train and orly airport !
