Our stay was very nice, however there is a leak in the roof above the kitchen. It has been going on for a while we could tell. Make they have repaired the roof before renting in again. It was over the kitchen stove area and went on to the floor. We did not look in other areas of the house for water problems. The game room is a little out dated but great for the family. Communication all around was a little slow and difficult sometimes. Overall the place was very nice, convenient and clean. After the repairs are made I would probably rent again.

The house was amazing. My family enjoyed everything. The house was clean and had everything we needed to cook and enjoy our stay. Hottub was great and our kids/grandkids really enjoyed the game room! Location was perfect also. We had lots of snow/ice and the host was very diligent in keeping the driveway and roads scraped. We will definitely want to book The Trinity for our winter vacation for years to come.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The house was decorated for Christmas, which was a plus. The hot tub was wonderful and stayed warm. The entire family enjoyed the game room.We had one issue with the washer not working but the problem was addressed quickly. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Great Stay

Loved our stay. Home was everything we expected and more. Great location, very well stocked with all necessities. Only issue was the game room stayed very cold as heater would not stay on. Overall very nice place to stay and we would definitely stay again.

The house was beautiful and a great place for multiple families to hang out. The kitchen was a friendly atmosphere. My only hiccups with the place was the handicap accessibility. I thought from the pictures that we could get my father in easier through the garage and the ramp. The garage doors don’t open as the garage is converted into a game room. We had to use the side door with some stairs that are difficult for him. The front steps are a no go for my parents with no hand rails. We made due and realize this is singular issue for handicap folks. The other issue is the misleading view off the deck. It was beautiful but just a view of the neighborhood trees and fire pit. I was hoping for a rolling Mountain View. Otherwise the place is clean and beautiful place to stay.

Thank you! We are glad you enjoyed your visit. We're sorry to hear about the accessibility concerns; the listing is clear that the game room is in the converted garage, and the photos are updated and accurate in portraying that and the kind of view the home offers. Our team would be glad to help you find a home that suits your needs for your next visit so please don't hesitate to reach out. - Blue Ridge

Great ski trip

The property was great! This was a ski trip for my college aged children and their friends. We had room for all 10 of us to sleep comfortably and had the garage/game room for some of the kids to play pool and games. I would recommend this house. We had a small issue with the internet and hot tub which was addressed promptly.
