Remarkable property

We could have asked for a nicer, updated, quiet and clean condo. Great views of the gulf, easy beach access and just an incredible stay overall. Communications with property management company was excellent! 2 retired couples give it 5 stars!

Beach get-away

From the booking to checking out, everything was just as expected. This place was beautiful. It was updated and clean and just the right size for the 4 of us. We had a little bit of misunderstanding about the bike rental at first but they got that all worked out for us right away. A great place to stay!!

Annual summer get-a-way

Three our of the four in our family group had to work, remotely, for several days on this trip. The view of the beach and ocean from our condo was a great way to spend a work day. The renovation to the place was wonderful. Beach that far down was quiet and peaceful.

Spring break get-a-way

We had the best time during our stay. The property mgmt company was one of the easiest and nicest I’ve ever worked with. They have an exact description of the construction going an around the building, we appreciated that. The unit was spotless and will come back in the future.

Tranquility

Located at the end of a dead end street this place offers peace and quiet. Slight walk around to the beach access, but makes for a nice view as you look over the dunes and state park. Amenities were updated and in good working condition. Check in and check out process was seem less with expedient communication.

VIEWS and an entire beach 🏖 to OURSELVES

My family of 4 really enjoyed this spot! I LOVED being next to Camp Helen state park. The kids had a natural lazy river they kept jumping into and floating into the ocean. The townhome is newly renovated with all top of the line appliances, mattresses, pillows, and towels. It’s older on the outside and ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ resort on the inside. Highly recommend and the price is very reasonable. It’s a 4 min drive to Rosemary Beach shopping and restaurants.

This property was amazing. We stayed there for our last vacation, just my husband and I, before we welcome a baby in a few weeks. The property was right next to Camp Helen State Park, and was absolutely perfect for us. We enjoyed a quiet neighborhood, with close proximity to rosemary and Panama City. The only thing about the property that we will plan better for next time is that the upstairs runs hot- so bring some extra fans! But we adored the place, and would love to come back next year with our daughter and bring friends. Amazing place that will hold some special memories for my husband and me forever. (We also recommend trying out paddle boarding! We used Jordan with Surf n Sun Recreational.)

Overall, we had our best family vacation to date and absolutely love Inlet Beach! The low-density beaches and peaceful neighborhood are hard to beat, and the location is truly what you’re paying for.The booking process, communication, check-in, and check-out were all excellent. The rental company was very responsive and accommodating whenever we had an issue. We arrived to quite a bit of sand still on the floors and rugs, although a vacuum was delivered the next day after I requested one. The living room ceiling fan was broken and had to be replaced during our stay. The house also stayed warm, and the thermostat couldn’t be set below 72, so we relied heavily on fans and keeping the curtains closed. 3 bare windows allowed too much heat in.The rugs are showing wear, the grill area needs attention, and we had to purchase a new propane tank and lighter because the provided ones weren’t functional. The rental company offered reimbursement, which was appreciated, but it was still an inconvenience. The cookware could also use updating, though the dishes and utensils were well stocked. There was a TV in every bedroom, though we were never able to get the TV in the second bedroom (the room facing the parking lot) connected to the internet. One unexpectedly fun feature was that the freezer makes whiskey-rock-style ice balls!Overall, we made everything work and had an amazing trip. With a little maintenance and a few updates, this property would easily earn 5 stars.

Thank you for your thoughtful and detailed review. We're so happy to hear that your family had your best vacation to date and that you loved the peaceful atmosphere, low-density beaches, and wonderful location that make Inlet Beach such a special destination. We truly appreciate your kind words about our booking process, communication, and service. Our team is always happy to assist, and we're glad we were able to respond quickly and help make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We also appreciate you sharing the areas where we can improve. We're sorry for the inconveniences you experienced with the sand on arrival, the ceiling fan replacement, the temperature in the home, the grill area, propane tank, and the bedroom TV connection. While we're glad our team was able to address some of these items during your stay and provide reimbursement where needed, we understand that having to deal with maintenance concerns while on vacation is frustrating. Your feedback has been shared with our team for review and follow-up. We're also grateful for your comments regarding the home's potential. We agree that ongoing maintenance and updates are important to ensuring guests have the best possible experience. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us and for recognizing the positives of the home despite the challenges. We're so glad you were able to make wonderful family memories, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to Inlet Beach in the future for an even better stay.

Nice place to stay but no view. Photos need to be updated.

Fantastic property, everything was clean and the area is nice. The photos of the ocean view are no longer accurate. 3 Houses have being built blocking all of the view. Construction starts at 7AM and that will bother some people. The walk to the beach is a little long. You have to walk out to the road then 2 houses over to the boardwalk down to the beach. There are a lot of stairs on the boardwalk. Overall a nice place they just need to update the beach view description and photos.

READ OBSTRUCTED VIEW-NOT PEACEFUL

Not beach front. Heavy construction in front of home all day. No use of patios not peaceful. Fenced off cannot walk out on beach. No remorse for false advertising or refund given after reading another person’s review 1 month before my arrival of the obstruction.

Construction not mentioned prior to booking this property.

I was very disappointed once I arrived to my destination that looked so wonderful. We wanted unrestricted beach views from where we stayed during our vacation. Which is why we chose this property out of most of the others. Only to arrive and find that most of the beach view was blocked by construction equipment. Have this would have been mentioned prior to booking I might have a little more sympathy for the situation. However every time we looked out of the window, this huge piece of equipment obstructed our view, not even to mention that the machines had a constant beeping going on all weekend. Place itself was very nice, and clean.

We apologize for your displeasure. It is very unfortunate that the construction began during your stay and we were unaware of when it would start. I do see that when we were made aware we did offer a discount on the stay and allowed you to leave early without penalty. The property description has been updated with full disclosure at the top to make sure future renters are aware that construction has begun and is at this time ongoing. Please do not let this deter you from using our services in the future as we strive to make each guests stay as comfortable and problem free as possible. We hope that your travels bring you back soon. Thank you for choosing Ocean Reef Resorts!
