The home was fully rebuilt during 2020-2021 with the highest of finishes and furnishings The first floor is open, with bay windows in the living room and dining room, a state of the art kitchen, fireplace and Restoration Hardware furnishings. The second floor contains the master bedroom and queen guest bedroom, each with en-suite baths. The third floor contains two (2) additional spacious and well appointed bedrooms and a shared bath. All bathrooms are NEW. The house is served by a private garage.

The home is lovely and very well equipped. exceptionally clean and the host has thought of everything. Host was very responsive and wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay - which we absolutely did !! Recommend highly that you stay here !

Hi. My name is Wendy and I am a semi-retired Washington DC attorney. I sold my McLean home in 2020 and moved much of the thigs I love to Wintergreen. I winter in Florida and spend May through September here enjoying the outdoors and golf. I hope you love my home and have a truly beautiful visit.

I like to think this home is very special. It's comfortable and user friendly. I love the beds and the new baths! It was also my goal to stock the house with supplies you would want. Like Bounty paper towers, Charmin Ultra Soft (not some 1-ply toiler paper I seem to see everywhere else), Tide Free & Clear and STARBUCKS!
