This property is fantastic. Everything about it is five star. From the living room, the kitchen, the bedrooms and everything beyond, it all exceeded our expectations. It was a nice, relaxing place to call a “home away from home”. We highly recommend.

Excellent communication with Michael throughout the process. The home was impeccable clean and well maintained; inside and outside. It was equipped with everything needed for our stay - down to every detail. Our family will definitely have this home as our first choice in the area. Highly recommended!

Awesome home in a lovely neighborhood

With the pool and amenities, there’s no need to go anywhere if you’re vacationing just to chill out. Our adult kids headed to the beach. We all had a great time and recharged our batteries.

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful month at this very pleasant, very comfortable home. Spent hours relaxing poolside. The pool temp was maintained at 85*. The home was spotless and well stocked. The homeowners werepleasant to deal with.

Nice break/ getaway from the FEMA trailer and our home damaged during Hurricane Ian in Port Charlotte, FL. The host Michael Bratta was exceptional in communication and his property presentation. Beautiful and Relaxing

This property is as advertised. We had such a relaxing time here. Everything we needed was at hand. The house was beautiful, and the location was perfect. Close to restaurants and shopping, the community location was safe and quiet. The combination of quiet, privacy, and a wonderful pool at just the right temperature made for the perfect escape from the cold north. Would definitely stay here again.
