Stewards Watch is a townhouse community in a peaceful setting and is conveniently located a short distance to the ocean and town of Bethany Beach. Guests can enjoy the outdoor community pool, tennis, crabbing/fishing pier, access to Bethany Beach trolley and launch area for canoe or kayak.

This spacious two story townhouse offers views of the wetlands and is conveniently located to downtown Bethany Beach. Level one offers an open floor plan with living, dining, kitchen, laundry room, powder room, open porch, and large screened porch. Level two offers a primary bedroom with a large deck, primary bathroom, and two bedrooms with a hall bathroom.

THINGS TO KNOW
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

First time at this location

I loved that they had a pool and that there were 2 parking passes. The house could have been a little cleaner, but all in all it was good!

Door knob won't work right an master bedroom TV broke No beach parking pass an we had to let door...

It is hard to like something when you had to leave the door unlocked when you went out because the knob is worn out

Bethany Beach Vacation

Pros- Great location! Only a 1/2 mile walk to the village the house also came with a free parking pass for the beach and a pool pass for the community pool which we definitely took advantage of and used daily. The kitchen was well equipped with the necessities and all appliances worked great. Cons- The house could've been cleaned so much better. Sticky floors, crumbs on couches on tables. All mattresses and couches need replaced bascially you sink to the floor when sitting on the couch and it's like laying on a log when you go to bed. All in all with a few updates the house would be perfect.

We enjoyed our vacation in Bethany. We liked how close the house was to the boardwalk and local restaurants. We walked to everything. The pool is nice in the community. The house however needs some maintenance, the lock on the main entrance door needs to be replaced, the lock doesn’t work half of the time. I had to call maintenance late at night because we were locked out. The drains in the showers are slow. The Tv in master bedroom doesn’t work. It’s disappointing when you spend money on weekly rental and basic things do not work
