3 bedrooms + den, 2 ½ bath.

We had a great stay at this property. Everything was as advertised. The place is nice a spacious for a family vacation, the walk to the beach is so easy, the beach is so nice! The wagon and chairs were very nice, it was great to have all the amenities for a great day at the beach. Communication with the host was excellent, the kitchen had everything we needed. Our favorite adventures were waterskiing the ten thousand islands with Avi watersports and a kayak tour through the mangroves with Adventure Paddle Tours. Highly recommend both. The birding was excellent up at Tigertail beach!! We couldn’t have been more pleased with this house, it was the perfect location, very clean, very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Great stay!

We really enjoyed the location and the property was really comfortable. The only thing I would comment on to make it better is to trim the front palm tree at the entrance to make it easier to get in and out. The beach items that we were able to borrow (wagon, chairs, towels) were a life-saver and everything is in great condition and nice to use. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect Beach Site!

We LOVED this place & wouldn't hesitate to return! The neighborhood was quiet, safe & only 2 blocks to the beach! The garage was stocked with everything you need to spend the day on the sand...a wagon, umbrellas, chairs, towels, rafts, cooler, etc! The house was very clean & we loved our nights spent out on the screen porch. It was a short, easy drive to area restaurants and Marco Island was so much fun to explore.

It was greatI! I treated my 5 Granddaughters to several days in Marco Island and the facilities were very good. The only thing was, we could not find a broom to be able to sweep up the sand that inevitably that would show up after being on the beach. However, Alex said to not bother. Thank you Alex for a great place to rent.

5th Stop on our Florida Road Trip 2023

Wonderful stay in Marco Island for one week in a quiet neighborhood and a short walk to the beach. Luckily there is a flashing walkway to get across to the Public Access. Disappointed in Marco Island regarding no public bathrooms near public access except Tigertail beach. House was super clean. We definitely enjoyed our sunsets and a couple of restaurants in walking distance. Nice of owner to supply detergent and dishwasher soap too. Owner super attentive if we had questions with a quick response time.
