Beach Front Condo Two Pools & Hot Tub!
Beach front condo at the Croatan Surf Club! Centrally located on the OBX in Kill Devil Hills. The beach is only steps away from your room, outdoor pool & hot tub OPEN 4/15/25 - 10/31/25, indoor pool & hot tub open year round, fitness center, outside balcony w/view of the ocean, & ocean front gazebo w/ patio furniture. Free parking for 2 cars.
Our condo isn’t directly facing the ocean but has a side view from the balconies. There’s a pullout couch if needed.
This is a 2 story 1500sqft condo with 2 bed rooms (2 king beds) and 3 full bathrooms. The bedrooms are down stairs & the upstairs is the living space with a full kitchen & living room. Cable TV, WIFI, linens, towels, & washer/dryer are included.
What’s provided:
- 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom
- 1 roll of paper towels
- bath towels and hand cloths
- sheets for beds
- dishwashing pods
- 2 beach chairs and a umbrella
- 3 beach towels
What to bring:
- coffee (either ground or Keurig cups)
- washing machine detergent

I have lived on the OBX since 2008 and love to fish and spend time on the beach. Please feel free to ask me any questions about local activities or restaurants. My wife and I live only a few minutes away if any issues arise that need a quick fix.
Why they chose this property
Our condo is ocean front with views from the balcony. You are only steps away from the beach and the condos amenities are incredible. You can enjoy the outdoor pool and hot tub while hearing the ocean waves and just over the dunes you can be on the beach. There is also a indoor pool and hot tub for the off season.
