Minutes to Balboa Beach and Lido Marina Village
You will love my cozy little pad! Newly renovated and recently furnished! The pool is great year around with access to a gym too. There are views of the ocean from the complex. Five minute drive to Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa Lido Marina and Balboa. Seconds away from Pacific Coast Highway where there are lots of fun restaurants, bars and boutiques. Uber or Lyft for $5 almost anywhere you want to be!
The space
It's been furnished as if it were for me. That's probably the main difference because I put a lot of time in effort making sure I like everything about the set up. It's located on a hill so you have ocean views on the premises and a cool breeze yet you are minutes to the peninsula!
There will be a code to get through gated complex
I am always available by phone and enjoy communicating with my guests!
I love that fact that I am centered right in between Triangle Square in Costa Mesa and Balboa Peninsula. It is so convenient to walk or take a cab anywhere.
The area is quiet and safe. It is a sought after condo complex because of it's location.

Great place!
Aarons apartment was a great place to stay. The location was excellent, close enough to get down to the beach easily or the freeway if you need to get somewhere else.
Aaron was a great host, super responsive and easy to work with.

Bang for your buck
The place is nice and is in a great location. My partner and I stayed here for our month vacation and could not have been more pleased with the price to living space ratio. Make sure to text the host before checking in because the instructions on VRBO are not up to date and host may not get back to you in a timely manner.

Amazing studio!!
The location of this studio is incredible!! 8 minute walk to closest Newport beach access and about 20 minute walk to the pier. SUPER SAFE area/complex. Heart of Newport and Orange County is at your doorstep. Pool, hot tub are well maintained. Studio is spacious and has everything you need. Aaron also provided a bike which was a great bonus.

Amazing location, close to the beach. Enjoy a nice walk down to Lido Marina Village or a quick uber to Huntington Beach or Costa Mesa. Beautiful coastal views and close to the airport. Lovely nature hikes and a variety of good restaurants.
