This amazing home has plenty of room for everyone to kick back, unwind and enjoy the beauty of the Ozarks on Lake Avalon. Close to downtown Bentonville & nestled right off the Little Sugar & Back 40 Trails.
This house has TWO living areas! One upstairs and one downstairs, each with big screen TVs. The kitchen is large and open with a huge island for entertaining and is equipped with everything you need to make a gourmet meal! There are 4 bathrooms, each with its own beautiful and newly updated shower.
There is a deck off one of the primary bedrooms upstairs overlooking the lake and the downstairs living rooms has french doors leading out to the patio and lake.
The Heron House was designed with great times and forever memories in mind. Kayaks, swimming, grilling & amazing fishing just at your fingertips...plus the best biking setup!
