Perched at the top of Andover Club at The Highlands of Harbor Springs, this privately owned seven-bedroom, seven-bath luxury home is designed for adventure, comfort, and connection.

During the winter season, step right out your back door onto the Lois Lane ski run for true ski-in/ski-out convenience. In warmer months, the expansive backyard and patio invite you to relax and entertain with a private hot tub, built-in natural gas grill, custom firepit, and ample outdoor seating—perfect for evenings under the stars.

Inside, the main level features an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, a cozy gas fireplace, and comfortable seating for the whole group. It’s ideal for gathering, watching football, playing games, or simply enjoying each other’s company. The main floor also includes a guest suite with a walk-in tiled shower and Jacuzzi tub, and a second bedroom with two twin beds and a full bath across the hall. A brand-new addition off the kitchen adds even more space, including a kid-favorite bunk room with attached bath and a private workout room leading to the laundry area and spacious primary suite overlooking Lois Lane.

Head downstairs to the lower level, where a second living area offers the perfect hangout spot for kids or teens. Three additional bedrooms complete this level—two with ensuite baths and one with a full bath just across the hall.

Surrounded by beautifully manicured landscaping and designed for all-season enjoyment, this stunning slope-side retreat offers privacy, style, and unforgettable experiences for families and groups alike. Please note: All-wheel or four-wheel drive is recommended to access the property during the winter season.

Four Seasons Escape connects to the Lois Lane run, which is serviced by the Interconnect Lift. Please note that the chairlift this property uses for slopeside access has a schedule that is subject to change, and we recommend visiting the Boyne Highlands website for current lift schedules during your stay.
