More dishwasher detergent pods and toilet paper would have been nice, as well as additional blankets and pillows. Also would have been nice to be made aware of Sage app before arriving to allow for gate scan at entrance

The property was perfect. Close proximity to all the Disney parks, grocery stores, and restaurants. The personal pool was perfect for kids to play on days off from the parks and late nights. The community splash pad, pool and mini golf was an added bonus. Clean property, we had everything we needed her. The owner was quick to respond to questions and our needs. We’d come back in a heart beat!

Everything was clean and well taken care of. Communication with host was easy and any question was anwsered promptly. Location of the house was nice and close to the parks, shopping etc. Only negative was the beds could have been a bit comfier.

We had a truly enjoyable stay! The walk to the clubhouse is just a quick 5 min and we had everything we needed. The owner was extremely responsive to questions and very accommodating. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this 5 bedroom condo. It was clean and had many of amenities that we needed. The pools, lazy river, water slides and other fun activities that can as part of the rental were definitely a bonus and we really enjoyed being there.

Location was great, amenities were wonderful and the amount of rooms and beds gave everyone in our group their own space. Definitely would stay here again!

The host was very responsive whenever I reached out and made efforts to address my concerns with pest, the TV and the gate access updates. However, the property had pest issues. On our first night, we noticed roaches outside the entrance door, and during our stay, we found dead roaches and dead lizards inside the home. Although the pest company was called out immediately, these conditions made the stay uncomfortable and fell short of what I expected from a vacation rental. While I appreciated the host’s prompt communication, the property should have had a careful inspection before guests arrive. The exterminator also entered the property on his own without warning while we were upstairs getting dressed. There was also a fire stick left from a previous guest which made it difficult to use the living room TV.

You complained that there were bugs on the OUTSIDE of the building. We had an exterminator come in the next morning. We have a RING camera on the outside of the door. I saw him knock and I heard the entire conversation. He was turned away from spraying the inside cause you said the inside was fine. Shame on you for wasting time and energy fabricating a bad review.

The home was exactly as described. Everything was clean and it was well equipped for our multi generational family, including a toddler and infant. The location was perfect for trips to Disney, Universal, Cape Canaveral, and Cocoa Beach. The pool area was beautiful and just a short walk away. We would definitely book again!
