3500 ft HEAVENLY luxury BEACH home with PVT pool ,CHEF option, SLEEP 18

This newly remodeled on ( 1/1/23) beautiful property is waiting for you to enjoy your vacation. As you walk into this luxurious heavenly villa you will first notice a professionally decorated large ample space with marble floors as it was renovated to an open configuration which allows for large groups of people who can interact comfortably. If you would like to have time away from the kids or some people in your large group, they can stay in our 5th bedroom ( the newest edition to our home) which is located at the other end of our villa . You will even have easier access to one of our three full sized bathrooms .

Our property is located in a safe family, guarded neighborhood with private gated access.

Due to our well experienced contractor we have remodeled ,to the point where we are able to sleep a minimum of 16 people however it can accommodate up to 20 people if you wish to sleep on on our comfortable large queen sized pullout sofa to sleep extra guests. Enjoy surfing on our super fast wireless internet

Our very large living room can accommodate your large group comfortably due to the fact that it has 5 couches , a comfortable recliner, and a queen sized pull out sofa. for extra guests and has a large 72 inch big screen television for you to enjoy your favorite movie.
Once you walk out of our living room through the glass doors you will walk into what feels like a slice of heaven, perhaps even like the garden of Eden minus the fruit trees . due to its privacy , large shaded balcony , large shaded bimini, large L shaped pool , jucuzzi , and private shower. Enjoy a fresh grilled steak, chicken , fish or hamburger meal cooked on our brand new 62 inch BBQ which has a warmer on the bottom, a smoker to smoke your meats, and finally you can cook either with gas or wood .

Enjoy taking a nightly swim in our warm pool. It even has 3 fountains shaped like dolphins which spout water for your listening relaxation . Of course you can always just sit underneath them in the pool and feel the comfortable water streams dripping on your head or or just allow the fountain water to drip on your skin feeling like a massage.
Also included are beach chairs , ,beach umbrellas, life vests , and most of the pool toys that your kids can think of .

Appreciate our large fully equipped gourmet kitchen for your cooking pleasure unless you would like to hire our private 5 starred gourmet chef for which he will cook in front of you if you choose him to do so.
If you are one of the lucky members in your group to sleep in the master bedroom then you will enjoy its private ample full sized bathroom as well.

We also have an extra 3 day water supply in our large water cystern should there happen to be any water company problems.

Finally, our property is located only 10 minutes away from all major shopping areas including Walmart, and at least 4 grocery stores.

Owner's, most important goal is to make customer happy. We will do everything we can to make this vacation your best!!

As mentioned before we do provide private chef services for in home cooking upon request for an additional cost.

We also provide daily house keeping upon request

We have a service that will go food shopping for you if you would like

f you drive just 45 minutes you can visit the historic walled fortress city of Old San Juan, the tropical mountain El Yunque Rain forest, and the beautiful Surfing Luquillo Beach(La Pared) which is only a 40 minute drive. Also you can visit the El Faro Lighthouse Museum and Las Cabezas Nature Reserve (bio-luminescent mangrove lagoon). The port town of Fajardo, with it's boats can be hired for sailing/boating, snorkeling/scuba, fishing, and ferries to Culebra and Vieques Islands, which are 5 miles away. Be sure to go out sailing from Fajardo on the luxurious 50' yacht, drink& gourmet lunch included, to the small outer islands for great snorkeling. This part of the island has been visited by many tourists because it has one of the best coral reefs and water clarity in the World!!

Mission Trip

We had a team of 62 people for a returning Mission Trip. We stayed in Punta Santiago and rented several homes. This home was spacious and the property manager Melissa was super helpful and even checked in on us mid-week.

For the price best possible location

Was staying at another location in Luquillo when we found this gem. The house is 10/10. The beach is 7.5/10. The neighborhood is 7/10. Head back east for all groceries. Avoid Walmart like the plague.

Great house for a large group

We took a family trip- 11 people in all and this house was fantastic. Spacious, clean, nice neighborhood. The beach is at the end of the road- maybe 100 yards away. Plenty of beds. Pool was very nice. Had a little issue with the bathroom drain but they came and fixed it the next day. Great restaurant just down the street too.

The property is in a great safe place. Clean. Pool was amazing! Wonderful place for kids to enjoy as well. Melissa and The maintenance man with Grey beard sorry can't remember his name were very helpful. Only hiccup we had was guy showing up without us knowing but it was resolved immediately. Thank you for everything definitely would recommend.

Not luxury just large house

While the house was large, the rooms were tiny, the pool old chipped worn out. There was no way to maintain pool by end of week it was filthy (dead floating bugs). The complex is run down, view from porch is demolished building. The beach is at the end of the street and covered with seaweed (cannot swim here). The house was ok for our use but not worth the price and not as advertised.

Our family along with family friends (4 adults, 6 kids) stayed the week of March 11-19,2017. We had an amazing vacation. The house is spacious and the pool is refreshing. There are a few cosmetic items they could do the the house and I would have given it 5 stars. The location is colse to many fun things to do such as mangroves canoeing, the waterfalls, great beaches and of course great food. There is also a shopping mall just a few miles away if that is your thing. Sam the property manager was very helpful. He arranged the private chefs at our request (incredible food by the way) and even got us beach umbrellas. He told us about the local culture which made things easier on us. He even helped us get I to the house a little ahead of schedule due to coming in on the red eye with kids. We would stay here again.

Great location!!

We travel frequently to Puerto Rico and this was one of our favorite locations. We had a great time here! The house was clean and nicely decorated. The pool is L shaped and offered both sunny and shady spots to swim in the back yard- which was great for kids! The beach is a short walk away from the front door. The neighborhood is well maintained and felt secure. Shopping center with everything you could need a little more than 10 minutes away. There was plenty of areas to sleep and hang out in the house. We had movie nights every night in the large living room. We smoked a pork butt on the grill. Our only complaints are the kitchen is small and there are some issues with the electric including outlets that don’t work and some potentially unsafe wiring. The host was responsive and promptly sent an electrician out for an issue we were having. We were also disappointed that the dolphin fountains and color changing lights in the pool were not working while we were there.

It was so clean and well equiped and spacious and very comfortable! We made precious memories .

The easy ,close proximity to the beach and to the grocery stores was very nice. We enjoyed the clean, nice sized pool. I especially liked the front porch at night where I sat and listened to the coqui frogs and their calming song. When we ran into a plumbing problem in the kitchen the gentleman, Sam was more than quick and accommodating to remedy the situation. Oh and what a special treat being right near the reserve. We took advantage often to walk right off of the beach into the beauty of the rainforest reserve. We are hoping to come back next time to catch a glimpse of the turtles in that particular, protected area. Finally, as I said before Sam was always so kind and helpful and available and helped to make us feel welcome from day one until it was time for us to leave. We all left with the consensus to return in the future.

My niece 50th celebration/family vacatiion.

We went to PR for my niece 50th BD celebration. Was her wish to go and ride a horse on the beach which she did and loved it. We stayed in this nice home, due to the fact she loves the beach and said 89 steps from beach. The house was very comfortable and cleaned. We had one minor problem, I called and was taken care the next day without any difficulty. Management was nice. Every where we wanted to go was an hour away due to the GPS. We did get to visit family we had not seen in 52 years. Over all loved that we got to spend family time in this house and lots of laughs. The only down fall of our trip was the rain, rained for 5 days out of the 9 we were there. I strongly recommend this house for large families with young kids. The Conde/Cruz/ Aguila family.

Graduation celebration trip

The property was beautiful. The owner and his property manager were quick to help when the power went out. They got the generator up and running and a small portable ac unit to help cool it down. When the power came back on their electrician came right out and reconnected everything. When we were there the beach was covered in sea weed, from y understanding from asking around it’s just what it is this time of year. Your are very close to town, but not much else. It was great to have a car! We were able to drive all over the island. If you are up for a small hike with in 5-10min from the house there’s address old WWII bunkers just down to the end of the rd turn right and walk down the beach to the trails. Hike up the trail and it’s a beautiful view!! The living area was wonderful and big enough for our group of 10. The pool area was wonderful and relaxing.

Before you book this make sure you google Punta Santiago; it is kind of a remote location, which adds to the serenity of the house and community. It is NOT San Juan, haha. Will take you about 90 minutes to get there from San Juan. We were able to get to San Juan and Luquillo beach from this house in about an hour or so. The community is very quiet and you will not see many people at all. Even the beach is super quiet. It is good walking beach but not a swimming beach. Pretty close to Walmart and gas stations. The House itself is very well maintained and taken care off. Thoughtful decorations. Very clean. The kids loved the pool in the backyard. Electricity was not a problem and all rooms had TV and AC. We cooked most of the time so the full kitched was excellent. Most importantly Sam the manager picked up the phone even late night. Would be happy to come back and rent from him again.A+

place needs lot of upgrades. Has multiple non- working air conditioners. The dishwasher didn't work, shaking around. The bedroom and bathroom by the washroom smelled like moisture/mildew. The comforters on the beds were old and worn. The master bedroom closet door has mirror broken, and window in the kitchen also broken. The kitchen fan didn't work, no remote. The televisions didn't work, some didn't even plug in. No pool service, We were told they would come Monday or Tuesday but no one ever did. I can actually continue, but these were the things that bothered me. For the price he charges he is a cheap owner.

Family Vacation

The house is plenty big for a large family or big group. The convenience of the backyard pool is great. The walk to the beach is very short and the view is beautiful. The Property Manager, Sam was very responsive and made sure the house was clean. We enjoyed visiting Old San Juan, El Yunque, Vieques and participating in the biobay night kayaking. It was a very adventurous family vacation.

Perfect for Relaxation

House is gorgeous, Pool is sparkling, property has so many little nooks to chill out and relax. Beach is beautiful and quiet, you practically get it all to yourself. If you want to get away from it all, this is the place. Only improvement, the house rules are very particular and require specific items, like black trash bags. The rules aren’t the issue, it’d be helpful if the house provided those particular items, like black trash bags, so guests don’t have scramble finding the right item at the store.

Great Time with 3 Generations

Grandparents, 4 children + spouses, 5 grandchildren. We all had a great time. Pros: Walking distance from very nice beach, fun private swimming pool, walking distance to 3 restaurants and 7 minute drive to grocery shopping and more restaurants. Cons: Circuit breaker for living room tripped occasionally- we reset it in the kitchen cupboard. TVs in every room but they were not connected to anything. Some of the beds are not comfortable for adults. Speaking Spanish is a huge plus because the local manager speaks Spanish and is very responsive. The main manager is in LA so you have a 4 hour time difference to reach him if you only speak English.
