Why Riverfront Rendezvous?
Rendezvous is a mountain home resort community located in Winter Park, Colorado - Denver's closest destination ski resort. Our home promotes togetherness with gathering spaces indoors and out. Finishes are a perfect blend of cabin cozy and mountain modern.

Floor Plan 2 bed/2bath/+loft (1198 square feet)
The floor plan includes a main floor bedroom & bath; large open kitchen/great room for entertaining and family gatherings; and a patio for outdoor living. The upper level features a loft looking down into the great room, bedroom and bath, and open area.

Seasons
Each season in the high country has something amazing to offer! Please ask any questions or for suggestions on what do do while you’re visiting. I’m happy to make recommendations and love to talk travel! Below are a few popular spots, some seasonal and some year round.

Winter Park Resort
Just a ten minute drive to Winter Park Resort. Also located a brisk three minute walk to a free shuttle stop. The Lift Rendezvous Red line comes through the neighborhood during the winter ski season months. You can bike the Fraser River Trail to the resort during the summer months. It’s a nice flat ride with a tiny incline to get there and downhill all the way back!

Granby Ranch
A little further along highway 40 is Granby Ranch. Some of the best ski and snowboard instructors around! They also have a down hill MTB course in the summer. The drive is just over twenty minutes to arrive at Granby Ranch.

YMCA of the Rockies Snow Mountain Ranch
There are so many family activities in all seasons. A day pass can be purchased to visit. It’s only sixteen minutes away and has so many things to do in all seasons too.

Headwaters River Journey
No need for a car no matter the weather to pop by this interactive experience. It’s only 1/2 mile and just across the pond. If you don’t go for the exhibit, there are also lots of community events and happenings here. I love being so close to this amazing place. There is a family day once a month with free admission for children. Definitely a worthwhile cause to support this organization.

Grand Park Community Recreation Center
A large indoor heated pool, lap lanes, workout equipment. It’s only 0.8 miles to walk or a short five minute drive.

Devil’s Thumb Ranch
Fifteen minutes down the road is Devil’s Thumb Ranch, a five star resort. It’s a beautiful property that offers Nordic skiing, fat biking, biking and other activities. There is really no shortage of things to do around here!

Rocky Mountain National Park
In good weather and road conditions Rocky Mountain National Park, Granby Entrance is a forty minute drive.

Fraser Tubing Hill
In the wintertime the Fraser Tubing hill is a seven minute drive. It’s normally open 10am to 10pm during the winter season.

Home Sweet Home
Please note this is our home and favorite place to be. We love to open our home for others to enjoy when we can’t be there. This is not a high turn rental property. We are happy to host guests that have open communication and will care for our home as if it were their own.

We had a great stay with our family. The house was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The personal hot tub with the river going by was amazing. The brand new appliances were great. I couldn’t recommend this property enough. Hope to return again soon.

Great Stay with Fantastic Views

Our favorite part was the Fraser River with the gorgeous views of the mountains behind it right outside the back door! The condo was well laid out, clean, and conveniently located. The owners were also so very hospitable, they thought of everything and were generous in ensuring guests had all they needed and more. Plus, the lovely welcome items were a very nice touch!

Great ski vacation location

Nicely decorated and appointed new condo. Good location, near town and ski. Beautiful creek running in the rear with great view from the hot tub. Comfortable beds. Nice seating room. Very comfortable for 5-6 people.

2024 new year winter park ski trip

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stayed at Jerilyn’s winter park condo. Great location with all the little home details covered like toiletries and pantry supplies down to comfy beds and living room with a gas fireplace. We especially loved the private hot tub with a creekside view. Close to the lift stop for easy transportation to the mountain and winter park and Fraser restaurants and shops. Love winter park and this home in the mountains for a lovely ski getaway!

When we first walked into the property we were greeted with a thoughtful basket of goodies and cold drinks in the fridge. We immediately felt at home. We loved spending time in the hot tub! Below is my last review (from 2022), and I think it still rings true. Overall, I love this location, and the owner is very helpful/responsive! I'll stay here again. My family stayed here for a week of skiing, and it was GREAT! The communication for the check-in was perfect, the place was exactly as described (and clean), and the use of the hot tub after a long day of skiing was VERY helpful. We cooked a lot of meals in the place, with ample pots/pans/utensils. The internet was fast and the TV (streaming) easy to use. The property even had snow shovelers to clear the sidewalk before you left each day. All-in-all, I would absolutely rent this place again, and the owner was VERY responsive when we had quick questions. FIVE STARS!

Moose Sighting and Close to Resort!

This townhouse was just what we were looking for, it accommodated 6 adults easily. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with normal cooking items. The private hot tub along the river was a huge plus! We even got to see a moose along the river one morning! We would recommend this for anyone staying in Winter Park as a year-round destination. It is an easy drive to the resort and close to a lot of hiking and biking.

Weekend Getaway

This property is amazing- super clean and well stocked! There is a bunk room for the kids and a loft area. It’s close to everything you could need- the manager was very responsive during our stay and was very accommodating to make our stay in Fraser/Winter Park a memorable one!

We waited two years for this prime building site. This Buckhorn Paired Cabin build was finished in June of 2019. The private hot tub on the patio was added in October of 2020.
