Great central location for bourbon touring

Perfect size and location for bourbon touring. We had 4 couples and ample space for each plus parking for multiple cars. Great restaurants on Indiana side near the river.

8/10 Good

Disliked: Check-in
The property description and the general overall condition were all accurate. The home was well stocked, clean, easy to find, and comfortable. The general location appears to to be in a low middle class area that felt safe. It was close to downtown Louisville and an easy car/Uber ride. There is also a quaint grocery store 2 blocks from the property We had an issue with communication and didn't receive any access instructions until 1 hour before checkin and multiple messages, calls, texts to the property owner and vrbo. Based on other reviews this does not seem to be a consistent problem. There also appears to be a significant ant issue. We picked up donuts for the next morning as we had an early flight and woke to the entire counter and donuts being covered in ants.
