Welcome to the Derby City Escape! Our beautiful new modern construction home is walking distance to the Ohio River and many fantastic restaurants, bars, and local shops. Every detail was thought out during construction to ensure our guests had plenty of room to relax and gather inside and on our gorgeous patio. Enjoy the Derby city in style and enjoy all the thrills of bourbon country in our modern appointed home.

Absolutely LOVED this place, the surrounding neighborhood and the town of Jeffersonville! Was so convenient to Louisville and had EVERYTHING we needed. If you're looking for a super clean, nicely decorated, great house in Jeffersonville with comfortable beds, convenient parking, perfect location for a quick walk to the Big Four Station Park, numerous local restaurants, cute shops, everything "river front" and better stocked than any VRBO we've ever rented, you found it. This modern property was the perfect size for three couples, fitting three beds and three and a half baths comfortably.
