Gorgeous Beachfront Condo!

Come enjoy the sunshine and salty air at this bright and colorful condo located at Regency Towers in Panama City Beach, FL! Resort amenities include 2 large outdoor saltwater swimming pools (one heated seasonally), baby pool, hot tub, fitness center, billiard tables, poker table, poolside tiki bar (open March-October), outdoor beach front bench swings, and 2 charcoal grilling areas, Located minutes from St. Andrews State Park, multiple restaurants and grocery stores.

This updated 2 bedroom 2 bath 1200 square foot condo will sleep up to 8 guests: Master bedroom king bed with pillowtop, 2nd bedroom queen bed and a twin over full bunkbed and in the living room is queen sleeper sofa with an upgraded 5 inch mattress (NO SPRINGS!). Washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

Enjoy all your favorite TV shows from the new comfortable couches, large smart TV and cozy fireplace. Cooking in this beautiful kitchen with newer appliances, gorgeous countertops along with plenty of storage for your food and endless dishes, pots, pans, coffee pot, crockpot, mini rice cooker, toaster, blender, mini waffle maker and more. It will be easy to make all your favorite dishes and drinks.

But most of your time will be spent out on the balcony enjoying that amazing view! The sunsets are spectacular! You can eat every meal out there. Your whole family can enjoy the view and sit under the fan on hot days, gliding in the two comfortable blue chairs or sit at the railing and look through the see-through tables to see what’s going on at the pools or what sea creatures you can spot in the Gulf. Regency Towers has fun activities scheduled weekly during the summer peak season. Some examples are karaoke, movies on the lawn and bingo! (events subject to change)

Condo was beautiful and comfortable. Love staying at Regency Towers. It is family friendly with kids movie night, karaoke, billiards. Staff is amazing. Love Bikini Bob's food and prices are great. If you decide to cook,this condo has everything you could possibly need for meal prep and storage. Beds were super comfortable and the balcony had enough seating for all of our group to play charades before bed.

One of the best Condo’s at Regency Towers

I have stayed at Regency Towers many times and Dolphray was definitely the best. Our stay was well worth the money. The balcony design & views were amazing, the beds very comfortable & so many little extras to like beach towels, beach chairs, a stocked kitchen, bedroom designs and more added to the luxury stay. We will no doubt be repeat guest. We had a wonderful time, thank you. Rebecca

Hello, we are from Ohio. I love laying on the beach, watching wildlife and listening to the ocean. The best part of being a host is helping others to enjoy their vacation and know they are making memories that will last a lifetime! We bought this place because we were tired of rentals that just weren't clean enough or stocked the way we wanted. So we made it our mission to create a cozy, comfortable space that feels like a true home.

Why they chose this property

After visiting PCB for several years in a row from our home in Ohio, we knew we wanted more than a typical crowded, noisy vacation experience. We searched up and down the beach until we found this special spot on the calmer, less crowded end of PCB. Here, you can actually relax and enjoy the sugar-white sand and emerald Gulf waters without the chaos. It's the perfect balance-quiet and peaceful, yet still convenient to everything you love about the area. We also love the heated pool. We stayed in several places that said they had a heated pool but they were not heated.

What makes this property unique

Our condo has everything we believe people need on vacation. We have lots of dishes, pots, pans, silverware and extras like rice cooker, salad spinner and a crockpot to name a few. We even have complementary beach towels, beach toys and a few short beach chairs in the closet. We made sure to have lots of outlet extenders for your electronics. All you need to bring is your clothes and a bathing suit!
