Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your experience and understand how upsetting it must have been. While downtown Kansas City is generally very safe, incidents like this, unfortunately, can occur in any city. This is the first such incident we've experienced in over five years of hosting, and we want to emphasize that public crime is beyond our control. For added peace of mind, we do have exterior security cameras in place around the property. We always encourage our guests to take basic precautions, such as locking their vehicles and not leaving valuables visible, which can help minimize the risk of such occurrences. While we understand the frustration of this situation, we believe that one negative experience should not overshadow the many positive ones. We encourage future guests to read the numerous excellent reviews from past stays, as they reflect the overall quality and safety of our property.
