A stylish, newly renovated lower-level suite on a quiet corner in Fremont — walkable to Ballard, minutes from downtown, and surrounded by good coffee, good food and green space.



Inside: a queen bed, calm sage cabinetry, a spa-style bath with a heated bidet, and a bright kitchenette with a two-burner induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and coffee nook. Everything you need for easy meals, short of an oven. There's a dedicated workspace for laptop days, a smart TV and sound system, and fast wifi.



Stay in your routine while you travel: the suite has its own Peloton — sign in with your account or use a guest one — plus free weights and a workout mat.



Your own entrance is downstairs off the parking pad and opens through the building's shared laundry room, which means a washer and dryer sit steps from your door, yours to use for a few dollars a load. Out back there's a fire pit and a yard to enjoy on a warm Seattle evening.



Pets welcome. Free street parking on the block, with a reserved off-street spot available on request.

Overall was just what i needed for my surgical procedure. Parking was the only issue. I did pay extra for the parking spot, however if you move someone is blocking you almost immediately. Thanks!! Jeff

Pros: Good location. Quiet. Nicely appointed. Affordable. Minimal but functional kitchen. Cons: bathroom not built for tall humans. No fan or AC and no screens to open windows. Entry way area in mid-remodel with exposed insulation and water heaters. Numerous personal items left throughout the space. It is absolutely functional but feels like a college apartment. Carrying full size luggage in and out was challenging due to layout of entry path. Felt comfortable and slept well. Street parking was free and within a block of the apartment. Coffee shops and restaurants and grocery nearby.
