Located in the heart of Fremont, you'll have all the conveniences of city living right at your doorstep. Any guest staying more than 30 days agree that they have no intention of asserting any sort of tenancy rights outside of their rights through Airbnb.

Upon owners discretion,
I welcome well behaved pets however, due to a series of problems with pets and damage, I am limiting this unit to 2 pets. I am also charging an additional $10 per night for pets (not per pet) for stays under 14 days. I will charge an extra flat $50 for stays over 14 days.

I do not welcome barking or destructive dogs. I will charge a $100 fee if there is complaints about barking by other guests or if I hear unreasonable barking.

Perfect location

Centrally located to just about everything. We stayed at the downstairs unit and it was very nicely decorated with plenty of supplies and equipment you could use. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this location in the future

Nice quiet spot

This was a nice, as advertised apartment in Seattle's Fremont district close to many options for dining and night life. Also, walking distance to Lake Union Hot Tub boats!! We had an enjoyable visit to see some Kraken Hockey and hot tub boats!
