About this space
This unique place has a style all its own. This house offers a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring the surrounding areas. There is much to see and do in this historic area and we offer a quite, clean, and rustic environment to experience all of this in.

Also a reminder, Lead is a beautiful mountain town and parking is very limited. This little house is located a stone's throw away from Lead Main Street.
There is a queen size bed in the bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The house offers a full kitchen, and bathroom.
Guest access
We have driveway parking and have space for 1 vehicle. Also, to note during the winter months we are a ski/snowmobile town. We get slippery conditions. We recommend coming in a vehicle that can handle slippery conditions when booking during the winter.
We have exterior motion detection cameras to monitor the driveways and sidewalks of the homes.

Enjoyable Stay

Our 2-night stay was enjoyed. Appreciate reasonable price without a lot of extra fees. Good communication and options provided for parking. I loved the artwork on the walls, crystal decorations and unique remodeling of this cozy home. The bathroom was lovely after 3days of camping with plush towels and fancy fixtures. Free Netflix a plus. Would stay here again.

Miner's Getaway

The property is a bit set back on a steep hill, which would be helpful to know with a picture. It is uniquely decorated and comfortable with a fairly well supplied kitchen. The walk-in shower is really nice! The bed is comfortable, though the nearby furnace is pretty loud so you may want to bring earplugs for a winter visit. Overall, we enjoyed the privacy and the cozy setting for a weekend getaway!

We stayed here for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect as we came to the Black Hills to ride the Mickelson Trail and enjoy the fall colors which were spectacular.This house is in a great location to tour through the Black Hills. Its very clean, quiet, spacious for two. We loved it and would go back again.

Girls Trip

Enjoyed this cute, quaint property in the heart of Lead. The house was clean with most of the amenities you could want. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. The walk in shower was my favorite feature with beautiful tiling, a large shower head, and multiple jets. The VRBO is situated on a steep hill and parking can get hairy but the owner communicated this issue before hand.

Lead retreat

Property description was spot on. Received clear communication about parking. The special treat of coffee cups was wonderful. Had everything we needed for our stay in Lead. Shower was enjoyable. Enjoyed the atmosphere of Lead.

Hidden gem

Outside is plain but the inside is surprisingly well appointed The bathroom and kitchen are beautiful and ultra modern Location is great. Walk to breakfast, dinner locations and bars. 6 min to Deadwood !
