This beautifully landscaped home is located in Kirkland South Rose Hill neighborhood on quiet Cul-de-sac. Bright and sunny 3260 sq 3-bedroom, 3.5 bathrooms house with open loft and an office. Beautiful and specious backyard with BBQ and fridge.

Made for entertaining w/ spacious, open floor plan, lots of windows & gourmet kitchen and a big yard. Gourmet kitchen has slab granite counters & Viking apps. Main floor Master Bedroom offers spa style bath, with marble tile & opens to spacious back yard. New carpet, new hardwood floor installed and freshly painted in summer 2021. All 3 rooms are very specious with walk in closets and bathrooms. AC unit.

It is close to downtown Bellevue, Kirkland and Redmond - a short walk to shops, parks and restaurants and offers quick and easy access to I-405. The perfect commute to all the major high-tech companies in the area.

IMPORTANT: You must accurately select the correct number of guests for your reservation. Only approved and registered guests can enter the house., maximum of 4 guests.

No outside guests.

Quiet hours: 9 pm to 9 am. This home is located in a quiet family friendly community.

Check in is at 4 pm, check out is at 10 am.

Early check in & late check out requests will be considered at an additional cost. (Depending on availability)

Beautiful and convenient

A beautiful home convenient to everything in the Eastside. Perfect Christmas home base for a family of 4 adults. Just wish I had the opportunity to try out the Buick sized barbecue, but it was covered in snow the whole trip.
