Since the remodel, the stay was very nice. Every was clean. The condo itself was truly beautifully decorated. Property was quiet and it was a restful short vacation. The owner stayed in contact and was very helpful.
Enjoyed the pool more than expected. Apartment location was convenient clean and exactly as expecte
We enjoyed relaxing at the pool every evening after spending the afternoon at the beach. The pool area is very large with great set up and is kept clean landscape us beautiful. We enjoyed using this this living space and will stay rhere again in the future 😀

This condo was amazing, clean and beautiful. The host was spectacular and made the condo feel like home. My husband and I will most definitely book here again. Thank you!
My favorite part of the whole trip is sitting outside on the balcony watching the waves crash and listening to the ocean. Granted there is some construction in progress but it in no way interfered with our stay. The condo was clean & appears exactly as advertised.
The only thing my family and I loved about the place, was that it was right across from the ocean and had 3 pools. We stayed in the pools most the days while there

We got ate up by bed bugs. Worst part I'm pregnant and it spread quickly over my whole body. This place raid and bug spray.

Looked great from the booking then get there and are informed cant use balcony under construction cant use hot tub gym or second pool under construction then within 2 hours of being there realize the entire place is infested with bed bugs no help in finding new place to stay had to move family to motel and pay higher prices still waiting on refun for stay and parking not at all as advertised plus the bug problem

We did not get to stay in this beautiful condo. Vacasa down graded us and there was no oceanfront. The property is under construction, and we didn’t feel safe. Two burners didn’t work. Nothing to hook them up to. The wifi code was to the first condo, not the one forced on us. If you are connected with Vacasa, I won’t be using you again. the one that

Unit will ruin your stay 0 stars
First off. The property grounds, pools and staff on property were great. The unit... the photos are misleading. The photos is a different unit. The couch, bed, kitchen accents didn't match. Couch was dirty with food in it. One of the ac vents was off sitting behind the TV. Support corrected this issue. But the biggest issue that ruined the vacation.. the bed. The bed was hard as a rock. The bed caused me to have back pain the entire trip. So much, that I stayed at a hotel for 2 of the 5 nights.reached out to support. Said they weren't able to help. I would not recommend anyone to stay in this unit. I've never had such a bad experience like this.

Could have been perfect
I wasn’t expecting perfect, however I was expecting clean. The front door and baseboards were dirty, the shower curtain had mildew on it, but the absolute worst was the couch! It was probably the most dirty and disgusting piece of furniture I have ever seen!! It’s the only place to sit it the condo, and we couldn’t sit on that!!

Id say this place has bare minimum requirements. Ive definitely stayed in worse but I've also stayed in better.
Power outlet by living room window does not work
No hand soap. No Shower liner. Dated bathroom and shower head. No switch for bathroom vent.
Couch was uncomfortable to sit on, I cant imagine its comfortable to sleep on.
Volume and power button on bedroom remote does not work.
No closet hangers
Kitchen Trashcan is motion activated but does not work.
Living area needs a lamp.

I have stayed in about 20 VRBO condos at Maravilla but this one was managed by Vacasa and it was the worst. The balcony was closed and I was not informed until I arrived. I would have rented a different condo in this complex if I had known. Poorly stocked condo and poor decor. Only 2 washrags for the condo. No hot mitts or dishrags. No standard coffee pot. No can opener and few dishes. Pillows were lumpy and beds were not comfortable. By far the worst condo I have stayed in. I LOVE Maravilla and will stay again but NOT in a VRBO manages by Vacasa.

We like the place the pools are very nice the room was nice but the only thing is that they didn't tell us it was under construction and we didn't have a place to park but I like it's right in front of the beach and it's really nice
