Condo, 3 Bedrooms + Loft, 2.5 Baths, Sleeps 8 (8 adults)

Elkhorn Condo in the Sunburst Association. This 3 bedroom (plus loft w/2 twin beds) 2.5 Bath 2,100 square foot end unit has been designed for comfort and function.
Both Summer and Winter activities are accessible for year-round use. Enjoy the world’s best skiing, fishing, hiking, golfing, road biking, mountain biking, etc. The condo pool and hot tub are within a 1-minute walk as well as the Elkhorn amenities that are available to our guests. Elkhorn amenities include discount golfing privileges at the famous Trent Jones designed Elkhorn golf course, free tennis, free use of the Olympic-size pools and hot tubs at both the Harker Center and Elkhorn Community Center, as well as the other amenities provided.

Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, linens, cable T.V. with 3 TVs and DVD players, (Living Room HD smart TV) high-speed internet, gas BBQ, 2 decks, fireplace, and board games. Being only minutes to skiing, biking, hiking, tennis, and golf are just a few of the perks that make this a great vacation destination with friends or family!

Had a very nice stay here. Plenty of room for everyone to not be on top of each other. Nice amenities and a great and helpful host! Only draw back was the maintenance crew working early in the morning but no biggie the property is worth it!

Great condo with lots of room. There were not sheets on the two twin beds in the loft and we could not find any available in the condo. The checkout time is a bit confusing. It says 10:00 AM in one place and 11:00 AM PST (12:00pm MST) in another. Because of the confusion we were out before 10:00 AM. Otherwise lovely stay, within walking distance to Dollar Mountain.

Spacious and comfortable

6 of us stayed here while participating in the Boulder Mountain Tour race. There was plenty of room to cook and socialize. Bedrooms were quiet and the living room relaxing. We hope to return here again.

Music camp

Everyone had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. The property was well described and everything matched the description and pictures very well. The everyone enjoyed unwinding at the pool and hot tub after the daily activities were completed. The hosts were very helpful and communicative at every stage of our stay. We would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs accommodation for a larger group!

This is a nice place

My only concern is with paying such a large cleaning fee for a 2 night stay in the summer, especially with asking us to strip sheets, etc. The cleaning fee is not reasonable.

Property could have been cleaner. Kitchen was quite worn and needed paint or redo. Piles of garbage not disposed of in small storage room where one was to retrieve key for entrance. All in all, was not bad but definitely needs some work to be done. Not up to par versus what we paid for it. Did have good deal of space. Would never rebook stay at this condo.

Regarding the garbage, pickup is handled by the HOA and occurs three times per week, so unfortunately we’re not able to have the bins emptied after every individual stay. We understand that this can occasionally be inconvenient depending on the timing of guests’ stays. We also noticed your comment that the condo could have been cleaner. We wish we had known about this during your stay, as we would have been happy to send our cleaning crew back to address any areas that needed additional attention. As you mentioned, the kitchen is an older part of the condo and does show some wear. We do our best to maintain it, and we believe that is reflected in our pricing. Our 3-bedroom condo is priced lower than many comparable 3-bedroom properties in the Sun Valley area. We appreciate your feedback and will keep it in mind as we continue to improve the property. We hope you otherwise enjoyed your time in Sun Valley.

This place was so cozy and spacious. The neighbors were all friendly as well and we loved being able to use the pools and hot tubs nearby in Elkhorn as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Great condo, great location

This Sunburst was spacious with plenty of room to spread out and get comfortable. Our weather was below 0' and the condo was comfortably warm with plenty of heating and blankets. Our family of 4 enjoyed this location and it was a quick, easy trip to the mountains. Great wi-fi, TV set-up, games and puzzles, nice kitchen for cooking, lots of natural lighting, and comfortable beds. Easy check-in and check-out. Thanks for a great stay!
