Welcome to our house! It's located in a quiet neighbourhood in North Port FL - a fast growing community close to the shopping malls, nice restaurants,parks and beautiful beaches. Whether you're vacationing as a couple, family or a group of friends, you'll enjoy every moment of your stay.
P.S. We have recently added couple new security features - video doorbell by the entry door and 2 security cameras that are installed outside the house facing the driveway and the backyard (they won't bother your privacy by any means).

Family Easter Stay in North Port, FL

For us, the location was 15 minutes from our sisters new retirement home and their 1st Holiday (Easter). The house is extremely nice, clean (inside and outside) and as good as you can get. Nice looking neighborhood and short trips to Punta Gorda & Venice. We plan to rebook in the future. Sergey was very helpful when needed, provided needed codes and instructions timely.

North Port House

We really enjoyed our stay in this super clean home in a nice and quite neighborhood. The house was conveniently located and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others traveling to the North Port area.

New Years Getaway

We spent the New Years weekend here primarily because it is located close to Warm Mineral Springs where we spent a day enjoying the spring and spa. We drove to Englewood Beach for a day at the Gulf. The home is beautiful and equipped with basic needs. The outdoor screened in patio was one of our favorite places and had we had more time would’ve probably been where we spent most of our time. The master tub was meant for relaxation and I lamented over not having bath salts with me to enjoy it more!
