1 kitchen equipped with fridge freezer, 4-ring induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, small appliances including filter coffee maker and Nespresso -
1 double bedroom for 2 people with duvet, overlooking the veranda -
1 bathroom with walk-in shower and sink -
separate WC -
Free WIFI. Underground parking. Gas heating. Heating package of 50€/week from October to May. Terrace furniture. Washing machine. Very good condition (maintenance and paintings). 3-star tourist accommodation for 2 people.
To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax, security deposit by credit card imprint and, possibly, optional services (sheets, final cleaning, etc...).
