Large well decorate condo that hasn't reached it's potential

Pros: Keyless entry, large condo, nicely decorated, easy entry to 101, good supply of dishes, glasses, silverware, nice pool, nice appliances Cons: Continual traffic noise, insufficient hot water for only 2 showers a day, no hairdryer, worn/stained towels, dirty floors (filthy white socks within minutes - even though floors appeared clean), ineffective management - (1) overlap booking, (2) no written condo, equipment, or complex directions (3) slow response time (4 days) to correct nonworking TV (4) renter having to request entry info night before arrival

Thank you for your review. We responded immediately for the wifi issue and it was completely fixed the next day. Overlap in booking was a potential issue and we offered an alternative immediately. Quickly we responded that there was indeed NO overlapping and your stay was not interrupted at all. Written directions are listed in the unit on the table. I have all the correspondence that shows we responded to any message within 5 minutes. Very disappointing to read these comments.
