Charming Wine Country Cottage Steps from Downtown - Permit #2012-27

Welcome to our charming two bedroom cottage in St. Helena, the heart of the Napa Valley. Our home is just steps from downtown restaurants, grocery store, shops, movie theatre, and wineries. Enjoy all the famed Napa Valley wine country has to offer. Choose to spend the day tasting at some of the world's premier wineries or visit the shops of St. Helena, Yountville, Calistoga and Napa.

Each bedroom has a queen bed and there is an additional pull out couch in the living room, which allows five persons to sleep in the cottage. There is one full bathroom, tub & shower. The property has a large back yard. We are in close proximity of world famous restaurants, including the Culinary Institute, and many wineries. It is a short walk to the town of St. Helena, with quaint little shops and a theater.

Please note: Our home is permitted by the City of St. Helena with an occupancy of no greater than 5 persons. The City and our neighbors strictly enforce this limit on us, so we have to enforce it on our guests. This policy will be enforced with exterior cameras that monitor the entrances and exits from the home only. Failure to adhere to this limit on occupancy will result in forfeiture of damage deposit and/or immediate eviction from property.

We kindly request that you confine your parking to our oversize driveway.

Our host was very welcoming and the house was immaculate. Very well located for walking to St Helena restaurants and shops. The house is a charming 1920s house with a very ample driveway for parking and a large peaceful yard.

Been staying here for years for Napa getaways, without the hype. Comfortable, updated, heart of St. Helena. Consistently update and improve their property which is greatly appreciated. Large backyard with firplace, furniture and propane barbecue is also great for our well behaved dog.
