A host of fine restaurants also await ranging from local Tapas to gourmet French and Italian along with fine California cuisine.

Description of Area: Conveniently situated in the heart of Kenwood's 'Winery Row' in close proximity to world-class wineries, fine restaurants, Jack London State Park, Sugarloaf Mountain, Hood Mountain, and Annadel State Park. A wonderful central location for exploring the Valley of the Moon, Sonoma and Napa.
The route, coming into Kenwood as you drive north through Sonoma Valley, the mountains ribbed with hillside vineyards, is in the same league as those through Tuscany and Provence. Experience the much more laid back atmosphere of Sonoma vs Napa valley where it is not uncommon to have the wine makers pouring the wine.

My husband and I got away for the weekend for his birthday. We loved this cottage so much; it’s darling, close enough to walk to coffee in the mornings and an handful of wineries for tastings. We especially enjoyed sitting around the fire pit in the backyard in the evening. We would definitely stay again!

The backyard was absolute heaven. We made a fire in the firepit one night. I couldn't believe there was a vineyard with actual grapes in the back yard. We also had an apple from the apple tree. The neighborhood was adorable and we had great experiences at the nearby wineries and restaurants. I'd 100% recommend!

Great location, layout and amenities

My mom lives in Kenwood and we needed a place nearby during a family reunion weekend. The house is clean and comfortable, nicely appointed, and the backyard is charming. Kenwood is a great location for wine country access and trips into Sonoma, Glen Ellen, Santa Rosa. There are some great walks in the neighborhood, and restaurant choices. Mary was available to answer a question right away. I'd stay there again.

The house was charming. Single story with a few steps to enter. Great looking, fresh, clean, perfectly sized for our family of four (2 bedrooms) — daughters in their 20s, my husband and me. One bathroom, that was as pretty as it was convenient. Terrific advice from the host. Excellent location. Pretty garden, “vanity vineyard” (a new term I learned) and outdoor dining space. We loved the house!

We loved this property. We felt like it was priced right. My daughter and I felt at home. The backyard is beautiful We played cards on the deck in the evening. It sleeps 5 and would be great for a larger group (more than 2) if it had more bathrooms. We were fine with one of course. I would highly recommend this home for a couple.

Kenwood Wine Trip

We enjoyed our stay in Kenwood. The house is very clean and the outside space is amazing! Kenwood has plenty of wineries close by and within a reasonable drive you can get to Sonoma, Armstrong Nature Preserve or the coast.

Great Place for a Couple

My husband and I had a wonderful time celebrating his 70th birthday at this cute house in the Sonoma valley. The owner, Mary, was excellent in returning phone calls and a request to delay our start by one day. And the back yard is a wonderful place to unwind and have some lovely wine at the end of the day.
