The house was comfortable and the back yard was fantastic. Really enjoyed the pool and lounging outside watching the bunnies sneaking in under the back gate. The extra room near the patio was perfect for my husband to work without disturbing me.
Great house! Great location! This property was absolutely perfect for our family getaway. Ryan is a fabulous host. We look forward to going back there again one day!
We had a great stay at this property- it was great all around: great and thoughtful spaces, really nice outdoor space, and great location. I had an issue with the VRBO app for payment and the host was a great communicator and helped me get the issue resolved. Would stay here again!
A great location close to Camelback with great restaurants nearby. Owner was very responsive to questions and needs. Nice afternoon sun by the pool. Office area was very useful.

Ryan answered all of my questions before and during our stay to ensure that we had a great trip. I stayed here with my family and we all enjoyed it. The house was clean and our kids loved the pool area. I had to work some days so the separate office/lounge was a huge bonus. No complaints at all - the place is great and we will try and re-book next year.

This location in Arcadia is perfect to get to the best, most hip restaurants in Scottsdale. We also enjoyed The Village Club for working out and tennis during our 3 week stay. We enjoyed having the canal right near us to walk around the neighborhoods and also to view Camelback each day. This is a beautiful home in which to stay with every convenience. This home is located in a great location with easy access and short commutes to Scottsdale, Phoenix and the airports. Everything we needed was close by. The house was clean and well appointed. It was the perfect place for us! The property owner answers all of my questions promptly.

Whenever we visit Phoenix, we try to stay near the Arcadia neighborhood. This time we were able to stay in the neighborhood with this great property and it was worth it. Very close to a wide variety of restaurants and about a block away from the walking trails of the canal. The home was well appointed and the pool was a great relief from the hot desert sun. The home owner promptly responded to inquiries before our arrival which made us feel at ease. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

We booked this home for 20 nights, but unfortunately we were forced to move out after spending one night. While it may look nice in the photos, there are issues that cannot be seen:• Safety Hazzard: The kitchen's gas range is not vented to the outside. This was not disclosed in the home’s description. When used the house quickly fills with waste gasses.• Unusable Amenities: The "Detached Office” smells like it’s moldy and is not usable. • Maintenance Issues: The primary bathroom has peeling wallboard and paint around the shower’s base due to some kind of water problem.• Noise: The furnace room in the bedroom hallway is extremely loud when the air-conditioning is on (which is most of the time).• Unusable Amenities: The backyard pool has a large plastic sheet covering the water. There is no indication of how to remove it or where it should be stored. Because we could not safely use the kitchen or the advertised office space, we had no choice but to find other accommodations. We informed the host immediately about the gas fumes and carbon monoxide and notified them that the home was available for them to re-rent for the remaining 19 days. Unfortunately, they had no interest in doing so and opted instead to keep our money.
This Arcadia oasis was our home away from home for several weeks this winter. We thoroughly enjoyed the spacious office, cozy kitchen, and comfortable living area with a wonderful view of the patio, pool, and lemon trees in back. Walking was great - along the canal path, to nearby Kachina Park, or around the neighborhood streets - beginning with a beautiful view of Camelback Mountain every time we stepped outside. The central location and easy highway access kept most of the Valley within a short drive, and many of our favorite restaurants were within just a couple miles. A well-appointed, very clean home, with comfortable beds. Highly recommend.
