Completely remodeled, modern, beautiful 2 bed/2 bath condo in the heart of Isla Verde Beach. Our building is an elevator building and located beachfront, with rich amenities including picnic grounds, swimming pool with wading area, outdoor circuit gym, playground, basketball court and coming soon a tennis court. We are right on the famous strip with casinos, 24-hour convenience stores, and countless restaurants, cafes & bars. Year-round water sports available! Truly the perfect destination for an island getaway!

This is a two bedroom completely gut-rehabbed beach condo with a large open layout for living room / dining / kitchen / outdoor terrace layout. Flooring is handmade Italian Sierra Gray porcelain tiles with a rustic yet modern wood look.

Kitchen is equipped with the latest of appliances including a coffee maker, including wine glasses, and pots & pans for your basic cooking needs. Please note that although the condo has only a stovetop, there is a large toaster oven stored in the kitchen cabinets, along with a toaster and a blender. In-unit washer & dryer available for your use and convenience.

The Marbella del Caribe building boasts the best amenities on the whole strip -- no other building comes close to comparison! We have a beautifully remodeled large pristine swimming pool with separation of shallow and deep areas with small fountains in the pool, and modern / clean bathrooms and outdoor shower. A huge array of outdoor circuit workout equipment, picnic huts and grilling tables, a basketball court, and a fully-equipped playground also are on the building's exclusive grounds. Then you'll have your own private, secured access in/out of the most famous beach in San Juan --- known for its talcum-powder sand, extra-clean grounds, extremely high security measures from nonstop monitoring by local authorities, and the softest, most gentle waves that lull you immediately into a dream state. And rounding it off, our building is in a gated area, protected by bilingual building security doormen 24 hours, 7 days a week and monitored by video surveillance in every public area.

Of course the building is located in the middle of everything. The strip has everything you need including a host of the trendiest cafes, restaurants, bars, food truck lots, and clubs in Isla Verde, Condado, Ocean Park/Calle Loiza, Santurce, and Old San Juan. Across the street from two of the best and most affordable rental car agencies for your day trips, two 24-hour convenience stores for all your needs, and an array of cafes, boutiques, grocery stores and restaurants all within walking distance. You will never be more than 2 miles away from ALL of the best action of San Juan, yet be able escape to a serene and magical time on the beach and pool right at home.

We have one of the best parking spots location right in front of the security guard desk. Upon booking, we provide you a list with really affordable rental car company options that are across the street/ walking distance. We suggest you rent a car just for the days you would like to go to the rainforest or West Coast of the island.

Please note you will be staying on the most famous strip in San Juan known as Isla Verde Avenue (think Las Vegas Strip or Times Square). As such, the strip is occupied by the newest and grandest hotels & casinos, as well as bars, restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, wine shops, car rental shops, tour activities shops, and more -- many of them open 24 hours. As such there may be a tendency for celebration, lights, noise, and music especially during weekend nights. We have brand new windows and sliding doors for the balcony as well mini split ACs, ceiling fans, and white noise machines in both bedrooms to help reduce the impact of noise. Please be aware those looking for total relaxation and quiet, we recommend you book outside the metro San Juan area in areas like Rio Grande, Dorado, or Isabela that may be more your suitable.

Also note that there are over 400 units among the 2 towers (East and West). At any given point, any condo may be undergoing renovation or remodeling. We do not keep track of our 399+ unit neighbors and Building Management does not require condo owners to notify all owners -- only file a permit with their office. When you book our place you understand that there may be construction going on in 1 of the 400+ units in either tower. Thank you for your empathy and understanding in advance.

The oldest city in the New World with its 550+ year old cobblestone streets -- Old San Juan -- is less than 10 minutes away. Check out the world's largest cruise ships dock in San Juan Bay 4 times a week and bring the city alive inside the Old City Walls. The world famous El Yunque Rainforest, and world-renowned Luquillo Beach are a quick 30-45 minute drive. Check out the mind-blowing glowing microorganisms by kayaking in the night at the BioLuminescent Bay in Fajardo. Or take a $3 ferry to the island Culebra which houses one of the Top 5 beaches in the world -- Flamenco Beach and do some amazing snorkeling. Or check out the more rugged and adventurous Vieques Island with its many many MANY beaches that allow you to literally escape to the ocean with no one around you! Travel to the West Coast, where world-class surfers practice in Rincón and check out a spectacular & unforgettable sunset view across the Atlantic Ocean while you drink La Pirata at Villa Cofresi in Rincón -- a famous drink with 7 liquors inside a coconut shell. All in all, there will be too many things for you to see and do in just one trip... but rest assured this will be the trip of a lifetime!
