Professionally managed by Kaiser Vacation Rentals, Happy Place welcomes you with immaculately designed coastal interiors and a private community boardwalk just steps away.

Offering 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, as well as an additional bunk area, this Orange Beach vacation home comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests. Happy Place's features include a fully stocked kitchen and expansive seating to accommodate the whole family. With 6 chairs at the dining room table and 4 more at the bar, this Orange Beach vacation home is perfect for getting the whole family together to enjoy a hot meal. What's more, Ocean Edge offers a private boardwalk with dedicated beach access spanning over 300 feet of sugar-sand beaches.

Upon entry to the first floor of Happy Place, guests are greeted by an open-concept kitchen and living room overlooking the front porch with indirect views of the white sandy beaches and clear waters that the Alabama Gulf Coast is known for. The main bedroom, appointed with a king bed and en suite bathroom, is also located on the first floor, along with a powder room right off the kitchen. The second floor includes 2 more bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and hallway bunk beds. Beyond the family-friendly floor plan, this Orange Beach vacation home offers comfortable indoor and outdoor seating for every guest, plus generous flat-screen TVs in the living area and every bedroom.

Guests under 25 years old must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25 for the entirety of their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome at this property. Smoking is strictly forbidden. Winter monthly guests are welcome. Happy Place is best booked directly through our website. Each home in Ocean Edge offers EV (electric vehicle) charging stations. Kaiser Vacation Rentals practices †Enhanced Cleaning protocol which includes a complete linen turn-over after every guest. This was our first stay at the property Happy Place. The location is great! Short walk to the beach and Walmart, what more can you ask for? The property is new and well maintained. VERY CLEAN. Kitchen was stocked with all utensils. We enjoyed our stay!

Absolutely loved the property!! It was beautiful, clean, and comfortable! We stayed right next to the community pool and it was a huge part of our vacation! Our 5 and 6 year old basically learned to swim in that pool! It was the perfect size with the deep end only being 4.5 feet deep. I timed the walk down from our steps of the beach until I reached our umbrella by the water and it was 2 minutes. Before you stay here, make sure to know that tents have to a significant distance from the water. An umbrella is the way to go! This property is walking distance to several souvenir shops and very close to a neighborhood Walmart. Really only con is the condos blocking the view of the sunsets and of course it’s not beach front views which I did miss while drinking morning coffee on the porch. Great stay and property for our large family!
