Family Beach Getaway w/HTD Pool-4 blocks to Ocean
Welcome to Ocean Blue: Enjoy this beautiful beach house, located just four blocks from the beach in the heart of Jacksonville Beach. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, this home is perfect for friends, families, and business travelers alike.
The spacious, open floor plan features a well-equipped gourmet kitchen and an inviting downstairs living area. Outside, you’ll find a private yard with a saltwater pool, a putting green, a gas grill, porch swings, and plenty of games for entertainment.
The garage has been converted into a game room, complete with a shuffleboard table and a foosball table. To enhance your beach day, we provide beach chairs, a cart, an umbrella, a cooler, and beach towels. Enjoy your stay at Ocean Blue!

Our beach communities are incredibly welcoming to animals. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend to many restaurants or bars with outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats.

The Poolguard In-Ground Pool Alarm is certified by NSF International and meets the ASTM Safety Specification F-2208. With advanced electronic sensors, it effectively detects pool entry by children, pets, or intruders. Its innovative sensing technology minimizes false alarms caused by wind, rain, or small objects entering the water.
POOL HEATER WINTER MONTHS
The pool heaters are electric and draw in heat from the outside air that has been warmed by the sun. Heat pump pool heaters work efficiently if the outside temperature remains above the 45–50ºF range. When we experience lows below 45º, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Although we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45°F, it can happen during the winter months. Thank you for understanding.

Ask about our weekly, monthly and multiple property discounts. We also partner with local beach bike and golf cart rental companies that will drop these off at the house.
