Come enjoy this beautiful beach house in a central area of Jax Beach just 4 blocks to the beach! With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this home is perfect for friends, families, and business travelers alike. A spacious and open floor plan with well-equipped gourmet kitchen and open concept downstairs living. A private yard with a saltwater pool, putting green, gas grill and porch swings, and plenty of games and entertainment. Garage has been converted to a game room with shuffleboard and foosball. Beach chairs, cart, umbrella, cooler, and beach towels are all here to make your day at the beach more enjoyable.

Welcome Home Rentals House Rules:

Primary renter must sign the renter agreement.

All pets must be approved and there is a pet fee. Additional pet fees may apply based on breed, size and number of pets.

All events must be approved.

Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Unauthorized early check ins or late checks outs will be charged $100 per hour fee.

Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 9:00am per City Ordinance enforced by the local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction.

*Prices exclude minimum $300 security deposit

*** Pool heaters are turned off 5/15 – 9/15. Contact management 72hrs prior to your arrival to request pools heated. Guests use pool at own risk. ***

Spring Break

We absolutely loved our stay at Mike’s property! The house is just as it is listed, and you feel very refreshed walking into this home. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. There is an issue with the outdoor television in which they called us beforehand to let us know and quickly fixed it. I would absolutely recommend staying at this property and cannot wait to visit again.

Great Thanksgiving

My family including my spouse, mom and 3 adult children had a wonderful holiday. Spent time outside around the fire pit in the heated pool and Corn hole and putting competitions. Nice local restaurants. Would definately stay again!

Great Beach House

The house was as described and pictured on VRBO. Location was great, the house itself was very clean and spacious. Wonderful backyard. Kitchen was well equipped. We would rent this property again.

Great Space and Great Location

Pristine property with all the amenities you need and a few extras to make a day at the beach or an evening in really fun. Great location to walk to the beach, walk to dinner or take the wagon down to get groceries and enjoy cooking in the big kitchen.
