Nice place for a short stay. The view is great. The space had what was needed for the most part. Bit of a con with no dishwasher to clean dishes and not left with cleaning supplies or easy way to dispose of trash at end of stay.

An absolutely beautiful location at the base of the Wapiti Mountains. Took a short walk and was rewarded with a sighting of elk.

Second time staying in the Ponderosa Bunkhouse and thoroughly enjoyed both visits.

Excellent, quiet place to stay while visiting Buena Vista. Close by hiking trails and not far from town. Internet service is a bit sketchy, but with patience it works.

Thank you Kelly for staying with us. I'm not sure why the internet would be a "bit sketchy"?

It was very quiet. The property was scenic.

We loved the location. The bunkhouse was small, but well decorated. The kitchen was stocked with most things you would need. It was out of town, but close enough to run into town if you needed something. Would recommend it for 1 or 2 people who would not be spending a lot of time in the bunkhouse. Which is what we rented it for. We spent most of our time fishing and hiking. Would rent it again.
