I live in both Hawaii and California, and enjoy sharing the beauty of my home in Volcano Village with others interested in exploring the big island

Why they chose this property

I love the upcountry cooler climate at Volcano offers. It always covers around 70°. Never too hot. Cools down in the evening, which is nice, so be sure to pack a sweatshirt and sweatpants for the cooler evenings. There is also a wood-burning fireplace and plenty of wood, should you wish to enjoy the serenity of a fireplace. Hiking in Volcano national Park is amazing, the restaurant at the Volcano hotel is amazing and the recreational facilities at the base are open to the public!
