The non-smoking apartment 1 on the 1st floor / DG, is individually very comfortable and comfortably furnished. The approximately 30 square meter apartment is for max. oriented 3 people and has a living room and bedroom and shower / WC. In the living area there is a comfortable seating area (as an extra bed for a 3rd person suitable), TV, dining area and a small kitchenette equipped with 2-ring ceramic hob, fridge, microwave and various small appliances. Terrace for common use. Car parking space on the property.
The house "Jo Jo" is a modern built house and is located in the old center of Binz. About 50m away is the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. The famous pier of the Binz is also within walking distance. This property has a spacious outside area with parking and seating. Two apartments on the upper floor make a beach holiday an unforgettable experience. Nearby there are shops and restaurants.
Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 18:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.

Ankommen, Abschalten alles super. Gemütliche ,ruhige Ferienwohnung. Auto und Fahrräder stehen sicher.Wanderungen,Radtouren in herrlicher Umgebung und abwechslungsreiche Lokalitäten sind unmittelbar vorhanden. Wir sind Ostseeverliebt,aber nur in der Nebensaison.

Unser Aufenthalt im Haus Jojo war super. Die Lage war sehr gut und ruhig. Der Strand, sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren sehr schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Über die Sauberkeit gab es nichts auszusetzen.

kleine ruhige Ferienwohnung mit Strandnähe
Die Ferienwohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand.
Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief reibungslos dank vorheriger Kommunikation.
Da es nur eine weitere Ferienwohnung im Haus gibt, war es dank dessen und wegen der anderen Mieter angenehm leise.
