Cute Sarasota guest suite

The property was clean with what looks like a newly remodeled kitchen. Beds were very comfy. Our only complaint is that the listing is somewhat misleading, indicating that it is a guest suite. Even hotel suites have a sitting area with a couch. There is no inside sitting area in this property except for a bar height kitchen table. There are 2 bedrooms and a bath. The sitting area is outside so there is no place to relax and watch TV at the end of the day other than in bed.

Thank you for your recent stay and we are sorry about the misunderstanding our listing caused to you . We show on the pictures what you’ll find inside and out of our property and none of the pictures we posted is showing a sofa so yes , you’re right we need to change the listing name !!! Our property is being like that since 2016 so thank you for the complement about the kitchen!!!
