We had a great experience with the location and stay at this VRBO. The hot tub was a delightful way to relax and take in the cabin feel. The backyard was nice for our larger puppy, and safe enough for him to wonder around without any worries. The house was big enough for a couple or a smaller family. One thing we’d change or bring next time, is our own pillows due to the ones provides were not firm enough for a full night of sleep. All in all we recommend this VRBO to anyone that is staying in Woodland Park. :)
Property required an app to access, but it was easy to use. This cabin is in a small neighborhood of cabins with a well groomed enclosed backyard. This was great for my two dogs to play.
Communication with the owners was most impressive. When we noticed a strange substance on the hot hub, the owner came over immediately on Christmas Day, drained the hot tub, cleaned it and refilled it. This was not expected at all, but they insisted on this to make it a great stay.
Thoughtful amenities such as shampoo, shaving kit, fresh towels and a bottle of wine.
Overall nice stay. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
It was the cutest place! Lots of room! Excellent location in the prettiest area.! Hosts were super friendly and were on top of everything! It’s in a nice tourist area so lots of fun stuff to do. Would definitely go again!
This cabin was just wonderful. Everything was accurately described and depicted in the ad. The hosts are prompt in responding and super kind. We had a question about the thermostat and the host called within 2 minutes of my message post, plus called me back later to ensure all was working as expected. The location in Woodland Park is perfect for walking and exploring the town, as well as a home base for exploring all over the area. We had a MARVELOUS time and would highly recommend this cabin!
Great location which was a short walk to town for breakfast, playing at the park & dinner. We enjoyed the hot tub nightly. Hosts responded to all inquiries in a timely manner & were helpful!
The cabin was clean, had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable 4-night stay, and was located in a convenient & quiet neighborhood. (Hubby and I walked to Cafe Leo each morning for a latte & a pastry)
Fenced yard was perfect for our dog. Soaking in the hot tub was perfect for us and our 2 pre-teen kids after a day of hiking and exploring.
Woodland Park was an ideal location for local activities (Dinosaur Resource Center, hiking, BierWorks Brewery), a day trip to Breckinridge (1.5 hr drive away) and activities in nearby Manitou & Colorado Springs.
This cabin is even better in person! Elizabeth and her husband have put so much thoughtful detail into this property to truly make this a home away from home! We have two kids (11 & 13), and they are already talking about wanting to go back. The beds and pillows were SO comfortable, and we all got AMAZING sleep. The kitchen is very well appointed with everything you need from a grilled cheese to a gourmet meal. After a long day of hitting the trails and sight seeing, the hot tub was a perfect way to relax and unwind. Elizabeth is a fantastic hostess and we look forward to staying at this property in the future!
We enjoyed our stay. As soon as we arrived there was a deer laying in the front yard! The neighbor hood was lovely. The house was very cozy and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked. The hot tub was a perfect way to end our nights.
Thank you for your hospitality.
This was a beautiful and convenient property located in Woodland Park. Close proximity to anything you need. Property owner responded to all of my questions within minutes and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. We have three children 19, 17, and 11 and we all had a great time. We had everything we needed to prepare our meals and the hot tub was amazing after a long day of hiking!
This place was clean, cute, and had everything we needed for an amazing weekend! I would recommend bringing blankets with you… it was 58 degrees in the house when checked in and it took a really long time to get warm. Other than the temperature. This place was amazing!
This cabin is fantastic. It has all the amenities of a high end hotel; the owners definitely have an eye for detail and desire for their guests to be comfortable. Elizabeth and her husband are lovely and they continuously communicated with us to ensure our stay was wonderful at all times.
This was a last minute trip and Elizabeth was wonderful answering any questions we had. The kitchen is stocked great as we stayed in and cooked several meals. The bed was very comfy, had my hubby and I wondering what the mattress was😂 The cabin is close to so many amenities that I recommend this great cabin for your next getaway.
