Enjoy staying at one of the best locations in Sea Pines when you vacation at the beautifully updated 2413 Sea Pines rental villa in the Lighthouse Tennis complex. This bright, renovated 2nd floor condo offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and views of the tropical surroundings and community pool.

As you enter the front door, you're greeted with coastal decor and a comfortable living room setting. The main areas of the home feature laminate flooring. The living room has a sofa, two club chairs and a flat screen TV. The private porch can be accessed through sliding doors in the living and dining area.

The dining area seats 4 comfortably, and the updated kitchen features everything you'll need to cook a meal for your guests!

The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV and a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower. combination and a dual vanity. The guest bedroom feature 2 twin beds, a flat screen TV and access to the hall bath with a tub/shower combination. Both bedrooms have new carpeting that was installed in the fall of 2021. And both bathrooms were renovated in the summer of 2023.

Our Sea Pines rentals villa at Lighthouse Tennis is located just a short walk from Harbour Town and the plethora of shops, dining and water sports options that surround the marina. Guests of Lighthouse Tennis villa can enjoy a beautifully maintained community pool and private tennis courts. A free shuttle is offered seasonally to take guests to the beach, though the beach is just a short bike ride away!

Vehicle Policy: Sea Pines is a secured community and requires each vehicle to have a gate pass. Passes are charged per car per week; $17.00 per car per week.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
